This turned out mad cute!! LOVE the green color and the embroidery. 🌿 Flatlining it with duck canvas was also smart thinking! Would you mind linking that super fine chalk pen you were using as well as the embroidery transfer paper please? Super interested in giving both of those things a go 👀
Well done. My wife and I made rudimentary costumes for a Ren Faire visit recently, and we are ready to step up our game. This was a great tutorial, and gives me lots of ideas to improve her bodice.
I have that pattern!!! I love how it looks, and green is my favorite color ❤ Hoping to do embroidery someday myself, but until then I will have to just watch you do it 😂 Just beautiful!!!
What beautiful workmanship and great attention to detail! Top stitching is the secret to making your costume look professional. Beautiful,!!!
Aw thank you!
Andrea Schewe made some of the best Renaissance patterns for simplicity 😢 I was so sad when she retired 💔
It really is a gorgeous pattern, I plan to steal the sleeve concept and put it on some dresses and more fotted shirts
It looks wonderful! I love love love the look of the lengthened skirt peplum, adds texture and length without having to layer another skirt on!
The less actual layers the better! I always end up overheating so fast 😅
Loving this whole thing! You seem lovely, happy to stumble upon this
Aw thank you 🥰 happy to have you here
It looks great. I love the embroidery.
Thank you!

Aw thank you! The chalk pencil is from Fons & Porter and then the embroidery stabilizer is Sulky (links in same order): a.co/d/65PwWjI

@@EnchantedForestArtsThank you so much for taking the time to link those! 😊
Of course! New sewing tools can make all the difference ☺️
Transferring the pattern on to thicker paper is a genius move... Trying not to rip/cut the tissue has been a TASK
MAH WORD This turned out absolutely stunning I flipping love it!!!!!!!🥹✨💗💞💖💕
Excellent job. Looks fabulous!
Thank you!
