The moment I saw the Ghost card during the reveal, I expected you to make some crazy deck that empties an opponent's hand (though this deck is excellent).
Raynor is honestly kind of an interesting card since unlike basically every other "resummon" type card in the game he 1 doesn't ramp up himself with multiple copies 2 doesn't require minions to actually die since he only cares about starships actually launched using the mechaniic.
Honestly thats fair since basically every card in this set is either a generic starcraft unit or mechanic. I imagine a lot of it just looks like "terran ship, zerg thingy and protoss guy" to a lot of people.
it's actually really bad when you think about it because it destorys the lowest cost which means nothing important for 4 mana. Even when you are not playing with infinite jimmy deck you should not use it.
I've been playing swarm shaman only accept My Starship deck is sort of a mix between asteroid shaman and Starships I am at least a 70% win rate clean especially since I added in triangulate too hit lift off for additional Starship pieces. And Ceaseless for late game board clears. NOTE: none of the cards I'm using are rotating next expansion
I don't know if I'm the only person that feel this way. But I think that there is so stupid to print Jim Raynor at the same time you are forced to play it with Medivac which summons two 2/2s. Because when I want to summon my Starships with Raynor, I summon 2/2s instead. And you can't even do anything to avoid that. It should say "When Lauch summon two 2/2 Marines with Taunt at the end of the turn" so dosn't get in the way. Is the first time I remember they make an anti-synergie inside of the same package of the same archetype.
I think medivac is designed to be the low roll of the pool. also the 2/2s with taunt tokens left on board are great hero power buff targets on the following turn as they count as terran minions

I don't think that the HP buff ever justifies not be able to summon your other ships, with other abilities that are going to also being buffed by your HP. In my first Starship of my first game with Raynor I already rolled two Medivacs, and that alone took 5 spots on the board from a card that summons stuff on the board. It's not a bad effect on it's own. But I don't know, at least code it to Raynor first summoning the ships, and then they trigger their when Launch effects.
I don't understand how you had an 80% win rate. I have tried this deck for two straight days and I am at about 20% win rate. It's not good against Zerg because they just play that stupid Viper card and it kills your infinite combo before you can even start it. It doesn't have enough board clear if Zerg starts getting their infesters built up. It also sucks against Warrior because of TNT man blowing up your deck and anyone with any disruption like Ghost, dirty rate, etc, also annihilates you. Can someone help?
I'm a fan of the starcraft theming and am fine with them introducing other blizzard properties to the game but I can see the validity in thinking a lot of these cards have worrying mechanical designs even if they're neat thematically lol
Generally, the lowest cost cards in people's hand aren't the most impactful ones (Especially if you're facing Zergs that are adding lots of 1 cost cards to hand) Add to that Ghost has garbage stats and of course it doesn't make the cut.
@tarille1043 of course? Day one hitting a shaffar buffed 1drop with ghost was good. But yah, got banned anyways. Ive had some luck holding the ghost until last game. I understand its a bad pull from lift off, might still try it anyways. Maybe an etc thing

Like I said on stream, the infinite part of the warrior and shaman terran decks is pure cancer. I'm praying for Fizzle to follow Shaffar ASAP.
