@@deandoucette7206 Essentially you need to know four things before venturing onto servers like Combat Box, Wings of Liberty, Knights of the Air, or Tactical Air War. First, how to fly your aircraft and manage it's engine settings. 2.Know how to read a map and find your way around. 3.Join the server's Discord channel. 4. Use Discord and TS to establish coms and announce you are new and someone will look after you unless you cannot do 1.,2, or 3!

Hey Col Love you r Stuff and your dry wit. watch loads of your Tutorials , I have the game and spend most of my time , not that i have much , doing ground doughnuts or prop strike's on landing ,
I am 50 and lived in an age without a keyboard and I also now need glasses for close stuff. so I find all the Keybindings a bit too much , mostly by the time I have looked down to find the correct Key, I am in the dirt . I am sure this not an new discovery but It helps me and because you have a big profile you could get it out there . I Nicked my lads spare PS4 controller and made a cradle and it gives me Shit load of buttons to binds and I can find them intuitively and have it on my left and use it for Flaps , trip canopy , gear etc. Its a cheep way for more bindings and more stuff, and you can find it by feel

Nicking your lad's controller shows great initiative! We need leaders such as you! Even if ya can't fly worth a damn! Watch my How to Taxi tutorial so you do doughnuts properly! Suggest you make Lshft A your friend - level autopilot while you do other stuff. It prevents in-inadvertent earth tunneling.
Great work again Col. On the offchance, would you be able to do a quick vid on bombing with the Bf 110? There's no guides I can find on YT... Zilch, nada. An open goal for someone with your skills.
Baaaaa! I love a challenge. The Bf 110 is a wonderful bomb platform. I have used it in a few of my bombing tutorials but I think they favour the Pe-2. The principles are the same, though. keep the ball centred, try to drop at the same speed each time, so you can adjust for higher or lower speeds. An excellent server on which to practice is the 72 AG Training server. There are static and moving targets, infinite ammo, so you can keep practicing... I will be doing a vid on the destructive effects of the different bomb loads on different targets in the new year but the upcoming video, due for release Dec 30 is called The Art of Straffing, and there are 110's featured there, too.
