As you can see we were catching fish but all fairly small. First time fishing it and one outing does not a trend make so I’m excited to give it another go when the water warms a few degrees. To be fair, we were both fishing fairly shallow which is what the temp would indicate to me but I suspect a bit more diversity in depths would have benefitted my catches that day. Still getting used to the kayak so I’m not as apt to change up or try as many things due to my comfort level with it. If I went again tomorrow I would try a weighted presentation down the center channel a little deeper with a spoon or spinner. Of course conditions and temp will dictate where they are. No they aren’t🤣 was out there Friday with my buddy got 2 jumbos off the bridge then yesterday in my raft ended up hooking 4 landed 3 jumbos
