thank you for the comments. I'm pleased with the door, the gloss roller method takes a bit of practice to get the sir bubbles out but a bit of patients and you get good results. loads more to do yet......eeeeeek☺
Darren Leeson Hi Darren, I'll try and film the rolling when I repair my front doors. I used a gloss roller from B&B. The trick is to get the paint on really quick but don't put pressure on the roller and not to much paint. you find you get some bubbles but just keep working the roller backwards and forwards and the bubbles will go. I will film the next door for you...
Cracking video Paul, can't wait to see it finished. The finish on the door was excellent, wouldn't think a roller could do that 😊👍🏻
Will be replacing rear cross member with extensions very soon. I will do a step by step video for this.👍

nice video! I have the ssme issue with my rear-doors. Might go for new ones too. 1996 mil-spec 110 300tdi
what colour was the blue that you painted the door with that's quite a near match superb video wish is was just one door to do on mine

the colour is arles blue... It's avail online ... drys very quickly.
