Damn a battle between two of my favorite BBoys.....Beetle's style is just flawless 🙌🔥
I like Khalil but he's such a weird bboy. First round he absolutely obliterates Beetle with one of the best rounds in the entire competition, but after that it's like he just throws it away and delivers two mediocre rounds. You would also think that a bboy that can pull off moves like this (0:56) could implement some more variety in his style instead of mainly using airchairs.
You know something I agree. Khalil seems to have the same issue that bboy lil Klash had. Lil Klash was great at airchair combos too but didn't have much outside of that. The funny thing is I'm sure Khalil trained with Lil Klash since they're both in legiteam obstruxion.
I've probably watched this move (0:56) about 1000x but Im still get goosebumps when he brings it.
Obliterates Beetle's 1st round?? No, not by a long shot. Khalil definitely had a wow factor from those couple of moves, but a bboy battle is about little details and what one does the "whole" round. Beetle's entire round was intricate, whereas Khalil just had a few cool things he did that made it more of a 'show' set. That would work at BOTY, but not in a 1-on-1 battle like this
@@TreJohnsonOfficial 'Obliterates' may be exaggerated, i admit, but it still beat Beetle's round and was imo one of the best rounds this edition. I know Khalil does this exact same set quite often, but this particular one flowed really good to the music and was executed flawlessly.

I'm sure a high class and veteran bboy like him was probably holding his sets back from future battles, but that's not the impression I got.
