Warren Buffet owns Clayton Homes. He could afford to make the prices even better . Have watched you for many years. Me and my husband would watch . He passed away in 2020 . Still watch you. Blessings.
sorry to hear about your husband's passing.......I hope you live a happy and fulfilled life in his honor because I am sure he wouldn't want you sitting there and pining for him all day long.
@@shonuf5152 I was curious so I googled. So, in 2003 Berkshire Hathaway acquired Clayton Homes for $1.7 Billion.Berkshire Hathaway is owned by Warren Buffett.
This home is a real home for real everyday folks. Hey Chance can you imagine the whole house dark but one lamp in flex room and be setting there with the wife enjoying the word of God before bed. Do it while you can. I don’t know where they get that furniture but they do a great job.
When manufacturers have shows like that they hire a interior designer and they have a place where they have all that furniture to bring in and stage the inside of homes 😊👍
Yeah, Chance, you're right about the affordability aspect. Then, once the price is paid down, some upgrades can be put in. I'd start by placing the mobile home on an actual basement and using, of course sill plates and lag anchor system. A person could, if the home has these elements, rip out all that poisonous vinyl flooring and siding. I'd then replace it with natural materials. You get the idea. Start cheap, for it is a shelter, then improve it here and there.
It's a great smaller home. Layout design and decor is great. Room sizes aren't bad, but their closets are different, no sink or door for laundry room, not enough drawers in kitchen and no linen closet. All in all it's not bad. The price is great!!! I give this home a 5.❤❤❤❤❤
Definitely needs more drawers in the kitchen. I like the island not having a sink or whatever in it so there is a lot of space for cutting out fabric. For sure all the bedrooms have wasted closet space. They need more racks. Great look in your Sunday go to meeting clothes.😄 Very nice house, but they did leave out cabinetry that more expensive buildes maight have had.
This is a lovely house. They made very good use of the space. The living room looks cozy, all it needs is a fireplace. I love the den/flex area. Nice sized guest closets. I love the layout of the guest bathroom. Nice sized master closet but needs a door.
I’m not understanding the wire racks in the closets-why not run them along the longest wall of the closet to maximize clothing space? Surely I can’t be the only one thinking that.
It's a really nice home but I think to utilize the space they need to make every door that's in each room including the closet doors open up in the walls instead of opening up into the room it needs to be like a sliding door in the wall so that you don't have your door taking up space
Loves: sink not on the island , good sized rooms with walls for tvs. Wishes : main bedroom closet somewhere else - I'm sorry, I do not want my nice clothes right next to the toilet with God knows what happening there! I like the idea of the flex area, but I fee like it wouldn't get a lot of use, wish it was a walled off room, I'd use it as a walk in closet or for storage 😊
Could you please at the beginning tell the name of the house before you start and the size and who makes it Most of us cannot get to the other channels we are old and also can it see the pride ...make it larger and if you could keep it up longer.Zit takes us s while to focus The older are usually the ones buying the houses.thsnk you.
I don't like the trend in all houses of having the clothes closets inside the bathroom. All i can think of is the moisture wreaking havoc on my clothes.😫
Question, why do you avoid the utilities of the home? These hidden things are where folks need to see. Venting placement, water heater location, under sink items, brands of these items...
Pretty nice home overall but nothing that really stands out. Affordable. Some room for improvement in the closets and would prefer a built in microwave and NO FLOOR REGISTERS. They should just do away with floor registers on manufactured homes. I've seen so many negative reviews on Clayton so would really take a lot to convince me to consider even doing business with them. Great job as always providing the tour and information. The Louisville show is always a great opportunity to see some nice homes in one place.

So sorry for the loss of your husband. 🙏
Where did you hear that Buffet owns Clayton Homes?

This is the 1st time I have ever seen you all dressed up. Cool.😊
Looking sharp there Chance. Home looks awesome too!😂
Awesome to have the flex room good for relatives or guest that may come to stay you can put a murphy bed in there. 😊👍

Clayton Homes has made a comeback, I like this home as is. Those bathrooms nooks, I'll put shelves and a curtain myself to keep cost down.

Love love love the flex area. I would make it my little reading/chill spot.
Great price! Now this makes sense! Wish this was in Poconos PA!

Love this layout!
Good afternoon. Good to see you again.😊👍
My favorite homes list keeps growing! I really like this one!
That home was very nice and laid out 👍
Thank you for showing this home, toilets & all (👏👏).
FANTASTIC LAYOUT! PERFECT SIZE! I LOVE TFE WHITE PICKET FENCE OUTLINING THE BOTTOM OF THE HOME!

Nice home. Why on earth do they install the shower head up so high, do they think everyone is 6ft and taller? 🤷♀️
I really love this home!
I’ve been looking forward to smaller, more affordable starter homes. The guest closet area could become a pantry.
I really love the layout of this place place. There's no tub in the master bathroom.
Staged very nicely. I like the flex area. I think that fireplaces are somewhat overrated.
Love this home ❤
I think it’s a decent ballpark price. Lovely home!

Kitchen .very nice inside.love.it❤😂
Be safe and careful.😊👍🙏
Can they put on better roofs? Longer ones?

Use it for dining room
It's like the bigger version of the lovely Day by clayton
I would do a dining room in chill room.
nice home
Nice home. I was in finance. It is stressful.
Anyone have an idea on cost to set home on foundation? Is it a mobile or modular?
Sweet !!!!
Wow, they really missed the mark with how they arranged the closet racks
Love!
Nice. But wish it was open area instead of the divider

Missing a dining room with open view to kitchen

Very nice! Chance why are you so dressed up?? Great price! I would have liked to have seen a door on the utility room.. Otherwise, Great job!!
I hate when they make the master closet open in to the bathroom.
Is the home built to the FEDERAL MANUFACTURED HOME CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS. Section 24 CFR 3280.307?

Give it's price please

The fridge placement is very awkward to me. But overall a nice house
Odd. No dinning room.
❤️
I didn’t see a door on the laundry area. I wouldn’t like the noise from there
Not really a flex room, it is the dini g area.
Go to TH-cam and search never buy a Clayton manufactured home. Before you buy a manufactured home
I don't like the tan cabinets ...also the mirrors in the bathroom do not have loghts lother than whats on the ceiling.
Finance!? 😂😂😂😂😂
I can't really leave a comment when trying to look at the home you made me a little dizzy . I think as you said this was a rush job.
Nahhhh
