They were so good! I remembered how mad I was when it was canceled too soon.
God! Those were good shows back when I was a kid. Unlike the shows Disney Channel has now.
Only one cancelled was Cory in the House, the rest were part of Disney Channel's 65 episodes rule.
Even Stevens ran as long as Disney Channel would let it.

I honestly think they cancelled Lab Rats: Elite Force to quickly, they left off the first season on a cliffhanger.
Lab Brats Elite Force was just the renaming for season 2 since 1 was just simply Lab Brats.
It sucked anyway they made bad decision removing Adam and Leo thats why it got low ratings and cancelled
Out of all of these, American Dragon is the most upsetting. It was such a good show, and Jake and Rose's relationship never even really got off for one thing, and the ending felt so empty. Really hoping for a revival some day, where we at least get one season for closure.

I am going to be film director and I have come up with ideas like 2 sequels of Back to the Outback, sequel of Space Jam 2, sequel of Chip'n Dale movie, Mixels revival and later Wander's final season. If you wonder, what plot will be, I can tell you.

I think “I didn’t Do it” was cancelled WAYYYYYY too soon. Especially after the tea with Logan and Jasmine
YESSS. Season 2 imo is a much better season than its first and adding Betty was such a good move and made the show even funnier

I agree with “I didn’t do it” being cancelled too soon. I don’t really like the first season. It felt like the show was just a parody of other Disney shows with the trope of kids getting into crazy situations and being like “I didn’t do it!”. But once they had an audience, it seemed like the show runners realized that they could actually make a good show, and season 2 was actually really good! It characters started to blossom, Logan and Jasmines road to a relationship was interesting and Betty was a blast. Gone too soon.

In all honesty it’s Disney’s nature to cancel shows way too soon. They have a 65 episode run and that’s so Raven and Kim Possible were the first two to break the rule I think.
And I think Wizards of Waverly Place has the record now. It had over 100 episodes..

That episode limit doesn't exist anymore tho, That's So Raven was the one to break said limit. They made it to exactly 100 episodes and Wizards surpassed it by making it to 106

On one hand, you could argue that at least Girl Meets World didn't start recycling plots or turn into a soap opera like its parent series. On the other hand, we SHOULD have gotten to see Riley and her friends grow into adulthood before it ended. We got a taste of what Riley and Maya would be like as adults in "Bay Window," we should've ended the series with them off to college together.
That said, I found the finale we got satisfying. So at least the series still felt complete even if it was too short.
Rowan actually wanted to have Riley explore her sexuality and date a girl for a bit too, but of course Disney just has to be Disney....that could have been a great storyline.
@@newageBoundhippie i think if the actors are okay with it they could totally bring it back a few years later, similar to ravens home but for girl meets world, and title it something stupid like “girl meets girl” in typical disney fashion, andi mack made one of the main characters come out as gay so it’s not entirely impossible

I’d talked to Dante Basco personally about why American Dragon ended early, he said it’s because they were close to the 65 episode limits and Disney felt they had enough episodes.

Phil Of The Future was definitely canceled too soon. I was 11 when it premiered and 13 when it ended. It felt like it just came and went so quickly

There's also Andi Mack. That is an awesome show with important life lessons, like, love, and acceptance of the Alphabet malfia, military families, and unplanned pregnancies. That show was ahead of its time, and was shamefully canceled, even though I do see a reason why too. They do need to protect the youth.

I grew up watching boy meets world on TGIF during the 90's on ABC. I loved how disney continued the story with girl meets world but they left a lot of unanswered questions when they canceled the show.
I know it’s not technically over yet, but I’m totally adding DuckTales here.
DuckTales had more than 65 episodes, surviving the 65 episode rule, and had a fantastic finale. I don't think it ended too soon.

Man, Disney is so sensitive with their shows, like i love girl meets world, stuck in the middle, andi Mack (which should’ve been on this list) and all those great shows that made Disney channel everything. But when the 2010s ended, they loss their taste. Disney are shit on making thier shows running, they totally let us down.
GMW was a great series that deserved better but it fell victim to Disney Channel's 3 season rule, And1 Mack on the other hand was too surreal for the channel and was a perfect example how to use the rule.

Apparently it was because of how popular Lizzie McGuire was that Disney ended up removing the 65 episode rule.
@@Movingallthewhile actually that was because of Kim Possible. After Disney cancelled it after the 65 limit they made a TV movie that was so well received it forced Disney to do one more season.

I was today years old when I found out Tara Strong was Ingrid and Orlando Brown was Fillmore.
My son loves CITH. He was watching it on TH-cam. Weird that it isn’t even on Disney+. I don’t know why that show didn’t make it. Cory was a fan favorite and it made total sense giving he and Victor a show.
I LOVED Even Stevens as a kid. I remember that Saturday afternoon block back in the late 90’s-early 2000’s with ES, Lizzie, The Jersey, Jett Jackson.

Kim Possible - While the show ended great and had a good run, it could have been cool to see Kim and Ron in college, while also seeing Draken and Shego as a couple. Both of these could've made for creative scenarios.

The show should have been on like ABC or Hulu instead of Disney Channel...so much lost potential. Plus, Smackle is still one of the very few characters on the autism spectrum ( she had Aspergers for those who forgot ) that felt authentic rather than a stereotype so I miss that bit of representation ( I have Aspergers myself )

Girl Meets World was far too convenient. They tried way too hard to recapture the magic but it fell short.
Boy Meets World was the perfect teen drama and didn't need a spinoff.
I think the issue was that being on Disney Channel infantalized it. Boy Meets World (on ABC) had become more mature with its characters. By putting it on Disney Channel, it became more immature than the original had ever been.
@@tylerkochman1007 the Disney Channel reruns of Boy Meets World were also heavily censored...hell, they even outright skipped episodes like the one where Cory was stealing booze from his parents' liquor cabinet after breaking up with Topanga ( he & Shawn got drunk & peed on a police car.... ). Had Girl Meets World been on a better and less anal network it could have had the same magic....I liked it okay, but being on Disney Channel killed a lot of it's potential.

You're not wrong, however I think it was the humour and the character development that bugged me. The characters, at least for me, weren't likeable, and as the seasons progressed they didn't really evolve at all.
Hell, my favourite character was probably Minkus, because at least he grew up a little bit.

The 65 episode rule was an old rule that ended in the early 2000's, apparently due to how popular Lizzie McGuire was and Disney wanted to continue the series but when the enter high school. Also I believe GMW got cancelled due to low ratings in season 3.
@@Movingallthewhile They live like a fascist rule! But I really my point is. Disney+ is a better plus to give these shows a reboot.
@@megalon73 the rule was in place because it was better for productions. Like if they released 1 episode each week day they can get it over in 13 weeks. Though it has changed it's extremely rare for a show to go passed 4 seasons.
