The housing market is on the verge of crashing. We're in a bubble right now so in a year from now I'll get even better deals if I move there.
I don't know about that. People watch and read about the national real estate market. Has the market slowed down in Texas. Sure in some parts. IMHO is there a crash going to happen in Texas. I doubt it.

Pretty weak compared to Dallas, Houston and Austin.
House is getting expensive, gasoline is fine but the rest of the expenses is way more than California! 👎🏻
no..... California is much more expensive. That's why we've help so many families relocate for Cali to Texas.
More expensive than California? Dude a 1 bedroom in San Francisco is $3k-$4k...in San Antonio it's probably like $800-$1,400. Almost everything is more expensive.
