    As a young college student from NYC, born and raised, I'm PRAYINGGGG to soon be able to move to S.A. I'm tired of the hustle and bustle and want a smaller city with a small town vibe where folks are friendly and weather is warm/hot. Thanks so much for this video, really helps with my decision!

      You're welcome.
      I think San Antonio is going to be the perfect place for you. It's a large city that feels like a small town.

      Are you liberal or conservative?

      @@rdogshow I grew up in a very traditional Mexican home so I'd say I'm definitely conservative overall, with some very minor liberal ideas here and there.

    Thanks for another great video, I know for stuffy nose , I use Sudafed PE day and night sinus congestion pill which works well for me and it can also be used for allergies too.

    Yep at San Diego is so expensive in statistics. It's almost an outlier.

      San Diego is as expensive as West Virginia is poor

      Most of California or SoCal is going to be extremely expensive. It's beautiful though.

    The housing market is on the verge of crashing. We're in a bubble right now so in a year from now I'll get even better deals if I move there.

      I don't know about that. People watch and read about the national real estate market. Has the market slowed down in Texas. Sure in some parts. IMHO is there a crash going to happen in Texas. I doubt it.

    House is getting expensive, gasoline is fine but the rest of the expenses is way more than California! 👎🏻

      @VIPRealty  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      no..... California is much more expensive. That's why we've help so many families relocate for Cali to Texas.

      More expensive than California? Dude a 1 bedroom in San Francisco is $3k-$4k...in San Antonio it's probably like $800-$1,400. Almost everything is more expensive.
