cornmeal porridge is the best God bless you I had to learn to cook when I was 13 years old so this for me was very easy but for some reason I never really had primento in it I make it for my children all the time corlmeal porridge cleans out the body has well it also build strong bones and so much more beyond that God bless you all continue to trust in the master God bless you Grandma. 😇

Thank you for the method Chef Ricardo. Do not like too much milk. So i will omit the coconut milk and evaporated milk, just a lil piece of cinnamon stick, scratch of nutmeg, a few cloves...comfort food !
My FAVE! My Ajee made it like this....but no condense milk....she used the skimmed off fat from the fresh boiled cow's milk... and sweetened with brown sugar! YUMMY
I have tried other methods of making cornmeal porridge in the past it use to come out lumpy sometimes. Now i have my 3 year old grandson every weekend and i make him cornmeal porridge chef Ricardo way with no lumps he enjoys it. I have to taste it before i give him even though i don’t eat any porridge growing up my Jamaican parents didn’t force me to eat it. I am going to try the green plantain recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah. There was something about cornmeal porridge and oats porridge that my parents made. We used to call it 'creamy rich'. Fond memories.
