the amount of thought and design that went into this keeb is actually "cheaper" than keebs before this. you actually get a lot for the price compared to many others in the hobby.
I wanted this board so bad but just didn't have the cash when the GB was live... one of my son's friends got the Valhalla edition though and I'm going to help him build it since it will be his first board. I know they had a few left last week but all the colors I wanted were already gone in just a few hours when I was able to check. Still think this is one of the best looking boards ever but have to say I'm pretty darn happy right now with the Evo 80. Thank you for the sound demo, that will definitely help as I'm trying to help him narrow down what switches he wants in his board.
Just got mine (I go with the cheaper non ultra since I don't need the extra macro). I love it, build with Xmi-1.7mm thick PBT Caps and Tecsee Purple panda. I personally think the price is good since the build is great, the anode is beautiful, the screen knob is well implimented and the RGB is super bright. Not a beginner friendly board due to the price but for an Enthusiast board its a balances between class and high-tech which I think justified the price well.
one of my most disappointing keyboard tbh, build experience was absolutely garbage with screws stripping often (and one even just broke), my plate standoff straight up doesnt work, the knob is not tightly secured and makes metal contact noise when you use the screen and without foam it just sounds and feels bad
@@lexmuller78 Most of this stuff is all coming out of the same factory, plus the quality of the materials and the feedback on the forums is that alot of corners were cut, despite the high price tag - hence why alot of ppl are questioning the cost of this. For the quality on offer, maybe 299USD is reasonable.
that board is garbage hahah why do people trust this guys! long time in the hobby still stuck on foam sounds this board sounds trash foamless and with foam is just for noobs
Back in the day 500 bucks only got you a standard aluminium tray mount solder keyboard..

the design and the big touchscreen knob is so cool
Friday morning video release, always crispy.
Their white and gold variation is just 😘
Amazing video! I never would have considered an expensive keyboard with all that budgets have to offer, but this seems to raise the bar
always a joy when you post
Is the GMK81 still the best budget barebones keyboard kit?
Am considering getting one after your video .... Can I buy it straight from the site ??
yes!
CAN U DO VIDEO ABOUT LEOBOG HI8SE?
also do you think this is more worth it than the cyberboard?
would you say this is basically the version 2 of the mammoth75
tough, this feels more refined especially in terms of features
Are we going to see a Keybored and Lewis Toh collab soon???
again a W vid!! the knob looks goofy lol. not gonna lie the board sounds kinda bad for that price but the features are def carrying
they valhalla version really pretty

Nice vid mate
I hope one day when I have enough money to spend I will have this keyboard
sounds very light. i want to eat the keeb
freya whoooo!!!
Why did this video have 3 diffrent titles
The unboxing is sick
Peace Lewis!!!
Hi Lewis - If i send you a photo of a gaming pad (keyboard) would you make one for me? Thank you.
400 bucsk and it's not even wireless... Crazy
It comes with a Tri-mode PCB, offers wired, wireless, and bluetooth
keyboards shouldn't cost that much...
A Bugatti shouldn‘t cost as much. R&D cost on niche products like this keeb (or a Bugatti) are extremely expensive
@@lexmuller78 life shouldnt be this expensive.... why cant we be like the birds? stealing my god damn chips..... bastards

ok then go buy a dell membrane
should at least be 75% or 100% if you want to make your products $500
This one is 68%, $450 sounds about right. 😂
Lol show us a 75/100 with a touchscreen knob with a mobile app, and an additional south paw nav cluster.
that board is garbage hahah why do people trust this guys!
long time in the hobby still stuck on foam sounds
this board sounds trash foamless
