    I have a bit of a foot injury and tried this seated video and it was great! Why did I think a seated workout would be easy? It was challenging in a good way! Thanks so much-

      Lol, yes, so true! Seated workouts are not always easy...I have three levels of seated workouts so the intermediate ones are the most challenging ones I offer.

    I have a mild ankle injury. I can still get a cardio workout with your seated exercises. Thank you for the variety.

    These seated workouts are such a bonus. I’ve put myself on a long term weight loss program, but with arthritis in one knee and a dodgy opposite ankle there are days of flare ups, and these workouts allow me to continue to move while reducing the stress on whichever joint is causing the problem at this point in time. Thank you.

Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
      I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel.
      Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com

    Thanks, Jules. I recently broke a bone in my foot, so i switched to your chair exercises. I love the intensity of this one and HIIT chair exercise. I feel like I'm getting a good workout despite my foot!

      @@vickipowers7041 It's called 'Improved Health Chair Workouts' but it doesn't always pop up when you write it in the search bar since it's a small channel at this point. The new channel is for seated workouts, but also workouts where we are standing but use a chair for support.       I have a plan for some new workouts:) I am currently working on a standing series and then the seated series will be next. If you look under my playlists, you will be able to find lots of other seated workouts with many of the ideas you mentioned (I'll need a few weeks to get out the new series).

      I've had a few people say they completed it standing...I hadn't thought of that when I created it. I love how people modify the workouts to suit their needs.

    This was a challenge and I loved it. The countdown clock is great, I would look at it and say only so many minutes left , you can do it and I did. Thanks,
    The chair is good for me with a tear in my knee, less pressure on it.

    This was my first time after hip surgery. It was challenging but it was all worth it. The only thing I couldn't do was crossing the legs at the end as this not allowed after surgery.

      Aww, okay, I will get one out to you soon. I actually have one ready...I just haven't posted it. I'm not sure if you are on my Facebook page but I have announced that I am taking a year LOA from my full-time job soon (last day of work is next week Friday). My plan is to put my energy into TH-cam and to put up 3 workouts a week...one being a seated one. I am taking a little trip first in early Sept so by mid-Sept, you will start seeing a lot more content from me.

    Normally I don’t do the seated workouts but gave it a go and it was equally demanding! Burned more than my usual calories - which is a good thing :)

      I am glad to read you gave it a chance:) The 'true beginner' and 'beginner' seated workouts are more gentle but when I put 'intermediate', it's definitely a step up.
