Not sure if you'll see this (or if you already looked up an explanation), but apparently with the darts and billiards puzzle, you just had to choose the balls that had the corresponding color AND number on the dartboard. It wasn't a sequence puzzle, just a spatial one. Here for the ones who combed through comments looking for the explanation. Haha
The solution for 20:14 with the Books: Before you can enter the numbers the backround of the numpad is either white or black. So it is black, black, white, black, white.
Who knew the ‘space’ symbol before entering a number would change color (black/white)! I feel like I’m so used to it just being there, I mentally didn’t even register it could/would change colors. Good catch! 😂
Oh god, I’m just an Chem undergrad and the way I looked in horror at that recipe. Like I don‘t know enough to say what exactly will happen, but I know enough to be scared of that mixture 😨
Great to see you playing my suggestion and breaking your brain on some of the puzzles like I did. On the puzzle with the safe and the books you also need to look at the colour of the rectangle in the display, black or white, and put in the corresponding coloured number. The dartboard + pool balls puzzle: on the dartboard 1 is blue and correspond with the 1 blue ball, 2 on the board is yellow but green on the ball so they do not correspond, 3 and 7 on the board are red the same red as balls 3 and 7 and so on. The triangle on the door correspond with triangle on the pool table and you push the buttons in sequence of the numbers you have found (1,3,5,7,9,10). I hope this is a clear explanation. Jammer dat je niet met de prologue ben begonnen 😞, maar ik snap je gedachtegang. De rest zal je ook wel geweldig vinden. 😃
I love how the MC’s only reaction to seeing a shadow figure in the vents is just “???” 😂 I would have perished. I guess it’s good he didn’t scream though since you aren’t supposed to make any noise over 80dB!
tell me how i was LITERALLY just thinking that you should play this series. i played it about a year ago, it’s a pretty decent puzzle/point & click game! looking forward to watching. edit: there’s also a ~45 minute prologue (that’s what was recapped at the beginning) i would recommend playing
I don't know if you have figured out the puzzle at 36:24 yet, but you need to press the numbers of the balls that have matching colors with that of the dart board. So for example the number 10 is pressed because it's both a purple ball and a purple color on the dart board, but the number 6 is not pressed since it's a blue ball but is green on the board. Hope that helps!! Also I love it when games randomly display correct equations from physics (36:49). The equation at the bottom is called Einstein's field equation (from general relativity), at the top left all four equations describe Maxwell's equations (electromagnetism) and at top right is the Schrodinger equation (quantum mechanics).
I imagine it also makes it more fun for blind people watching gameplay. There must be some blind people that enjoys videos like these, even though they can’t see.
You know I think the best puzzles are the ones that you can accidentally solve, there's just something about things finally falling into place even if you don't exactly understand how.
I bought myst and riven from playstore 1 year ago because they are on sale, but never touch them. I think this is a good time to play those series 😅...
Hi Gab! If you're accepting game recommendations, I highly recommend checking out a game called Signalis. It's an indie horror game from a German team that's a giant love letter to the original Resident Evil trilogy and the original Silent Hill trilogy. It also makes use of German and East Asian languages (mostly simplified Chinese, but with Japanese and Korean as well) in its world building, which means some knowledge of those languages can add some context to the story (though you can get through it just fine and have a great experience without that knowledge). The old school horror vibes and linguistic elements made me think of your channel :)
This was so fun, I adored the atmosphere of it - somewhat creepy from the start but the music put me at ease just to then go straight back into creepy. Absolutely fantastic! And I just love seeing you solve puzzles that I would take waaaay longer to solve haha
Love the part when Evelyn's so confused (me also by the way) about solving key puzzle then being so cute when she gets distracted with Oh a knife. Classic gab 😂.
This was so fun, I loved it! Gonna go buy it for my sister for her to enjoy too. That shadow thing really scared me, I didn't think it was gonna be a spooky game! I hope you play the next chapters!
Wow, this reminded me of Nancy drew! I’m only a few minutes in, but I hope at some point during the stream Gab says “haven’t done that yet!” Or “that’s done!”
You should check out Deponia if you like taking notes and you don't really even know what has to be done. Even one Chapter of Deponia would be worth it. I don't think it would get past a 30 minute episode because of the content. Also the difficult. Also the absurdity. Also the absurdity. Love you RUFUS. Some of these puzzles made my head spin. Keep up the good work.
ooh the hint system was really nice here, also i love that the character has a quirky personality XD is it possible that maybe the character is actually that sandie lady? though i guess she wouldn't need to solve a puzzle just to get to her journal lol
I have to remind myself to be patient because I played this exact genre of HOG on my phone obsessively last year (I played over 50 of them to completion)
I am honestly impressed, and also a bit confused, that a young woman who spray paints graffiti all over a masterpiece, has such intelligence and reasoning capabilities. It’s quite curious.
I used to love this game but the third part was just straight out so buggy that I couldn't even get it to start. I think I'm now going to give it another chance, by starting from part 1 and getting part 3 from another platform.
Nice atmospheres and sounds are very trippy sometimes... God Gabsmolder I m getting truly in love with yours long video about this spooky, misty games ...make me feel Soo good .. can't imagine
I apparently played the prequel the puzzles were interesting the settings great and to my surprise it had a plot but the game mechanics were terrible and so frustrating I have not even thought of trying another in the series so how easy or difficult was it to move puzzle peace’s and line things up please and thank you for your opinion.

Ooohh! Thanks!!
Gab clicks 3 random buttons, somehow solves the puzzle 😂😂😂
Gab luck

Classic Gab 😂

oh wow, that is subtle

Dude I lost it when Gab accidentally solved the puzzle by turning it off to redo it 😂
My fiancé has his PhD in chemistry and he says the recipe for fuel is “insanely dangerous” so no one get any ideas 😂😅
Oh god, I’m just an Chem undergrad and the way I looked in horror at that recipe. Like I don‘t know enough to say what exactly will happen, but I know enough to be scared of that mixture 😨

Just watched the prologue. Came back and watching it again. lol looking forward to the chapter 2❤

“This is my shit ! This is my jam !! I love taking notes !!!”
😂
The fact that Gab reads everything to us is the SOLE reason I subscribe! Very much appreciated !!👏🏽👏🏽
I imagine it also makes it more fun for blind people watching gameplay. There must be some blind people that enjoys videos like these, even though they can’t see.
I'm tucked in my bed comfy while watching gab ☺️
You know I think the best puzzles are the ones that you can accidentally solve, there's just something about things finally falling into place even if you don't exactly understand how.
I’ve needed another multi-episode game from you! Excited for this one!
the vent sequence thing scared me harder than iv been scared in a while
You should really check out Myst, Riven, and Obduction if you ever get the chance. Good puzzle games with amazing atmosphere.
MYST!! i was just about to come comment this too!!
@victoriap1071 I hope she plays it one day!
Also "Scratches", same style but horror. And the upcoming game from the Scratches devs, "Asylum" (can't wait myself :D )
i have been thinking about how gab would probably really enjoy the MYST/riven/obduction games! i hope she gives them a shot someday!
I bought myst and riven from playstore 1 year ago because they are on sale, but never touch them. I think this is a good time to play those series 😅...
15:09 best reaction of gab accidentally solving a puzzle hehe. 😂😂😂
I immediately thought this reminds me of Myst, such a great puzzle game if you’ve never played!
Having a rough day, I really needed a video to distract me. Thanks, Gabbers!
going through a rough time as well, hang in there ❤
This was so fun to watch!! would love to see chapter 2 and 3! So much mystery to uncover still!

Not also getting the notifications for Gab’s channel right as my baby always needs something! 🤣 Finally made it in under 5 minutes.
Yesss these games were fun! Glad to watch you play them! 😃 (and yes there is a prologue, but you probably already figured that out)
Really fun to watch! I'm looking forward to seeing Chapter 2 and 3.
Meridian 157: chapter 1 is like you’re playing a hog! thanks for the video gab!❤
Not gab coming in clutch when I’m working and wanting to go home 😂
You can take photos with the camera . So very helpful for clues etc . For example the map , take a picture of it ! 😊
This was so fun, I adored the atmosphere of it - somewhat creepy from the start but the music put me at ease just to then go straight back into creepy. Absolutely fantastic! And I just love seeing you solve puzzles that I would take waaaay longer to solve haha

Wow, this reminded me of Nancy drew! I’m only a few minutes in, but I hope at some point during the stream Gab says “haven’t done that yet!” Or “that’s done!”
Well she did say, “Did that!” So I totally got what I wanted 🙂
Cant check that off yet ahaha :)
I love how this game is built. Definitely looking forward to more gameplay! :)
Has Gab played "EXIT 8" yet? That game seems to be tailor made for her. Since its like Observation Duty + P.T. combined.
You might have seen it already, but she played it in an Indie Horror stream the other day!
I would LOVE to watch Gab play Myst!
Accidentally solving a puzzle is the best kind of puzzle solving.
I love watching you play puzzle games!!! Have you ever looked into the Myst games?? Super puzzle-y; I think you’d have fun playing them!!
I love that the character's only reaction to the shadow creature in the vents was ???
15:35 confirmation that Gab is a genius
being a fan/subscriber of both Gab and Jack, i've noticed that they both say the letter "H" the same way XD
Baby I can’t get over the fact I thought we was alone. Girl they didn’t say hi or nothing. I’m little scared 😂😂😂😂
I love the references to hog logic 😂
1:13:06 😂 the intensity, I love it!

i was just thinking of facility47 today!! so I'm glad you're playing another similar game ❤
Yes gab continue the story I enjoyed watching you play that game 😊
Thank you for the walk-through ❤😊
I was watching this for a chill video to have as background for work. Was NOT ready for the shadow dude in the vents XD
Games like these always remind me of the days of Myst, Crystal Key and Schizm.
ooh the hint system was really nice here, also i love that the character has a quirky personality XD is it possible that maybe the character is actually that sandie lady? though i guess she wouldn't need to solve a puzzle just to get to her journal lol
Goobers as a virgo myself I have to say that your are always amazing and a professional gamer lady ❤️❤️❤️
OMG i miss these game, i allready play these game chapter 1, 2 and 3. Is so dope. Hope there's more chapter 🙏
Great game can’t wait for the next one
The code 24609 is basically the typing cursor's colour while you're entering the code, it took me while to figure it out LOL
Oh yay ! But you Need to play the prequell!!! Hope that you do as it really pulls this game together...but glad to see you playing this !😊
Um... this game is nuts in how complex it is
Can't wait for the other 2 parts!
Hell yes! I love this game. Excellent!
saying to-do list at screen while Gab tries to books
I have to remind myself to be patient because I played this exact genre of HOG on my phone obsessively last year (I played over 50 of them to completion)
I highly recommend playing "New York Mysteries" !
I am honestly impressed, and also a bit confused, that a young woman who spray paints graffiti all over a masterpiece, has such intelligence and reasoning capabilities. It’s quite curious.
❤Hi Gabs!!!! I’m so excited for this one!
54:42 what happen!!!🤣🤣🤣
23:43 A fuse missing in a video game?! Can you believe it? 😂
Interesting Gab didn’t know the word Spigot, I always assumed that was a Germanic or Dutch word
i love this game! glad to see you try it
This was a good game I really enjoyed this one
Another Gab video!! I'm so lucky it's always on my off day lol
*uses coin to open up a vent for a sliding puzzle*
~HOG vibes~
This is an amazing game!
Going to play them all on my phone now
Watching this, i wonder if Gab would enjoy the Myst series of games
This reminds me a lot of Riven.
The symbols at 12:00 look like a blob fish, not gonna lie.
That was so fun!
There was a prologue game before this called meridian 157prologue
I used to love this game but the third part was just straight out so buggy that I couldn't even get it to start. I think I'm now going to give it another chance, by starting from part 1 and getting part 3 from another platform.
I played that game it was good 👍
Nice atmospheres and sounds are very trippy sometimes... God Gabsmolder I m getting truly in love with yours long video about this spooky, misty games ...make me feel Soo good .. can't imagine

They could somehow make this game into an Open World Games... like Far Cry or Assassin's Creed franchise...
how did i solve this???? I DON'T KNOW!!!! oooh, a knife!
you should get a soft click mouse for this type of games ❤
I’m watching this instead of Warzone… GGs
💛
Id love to see you play the mortuary assistant christmas update tis the season!
Kinda curious as to why she doesn't remember playing the prologue ( prequel ) to this. Unless she played Chapter 1, THEN prologue?
I did yeah! I started at 1 and then found out there was a prequel!
@@GabSmolders : speaking of squeals, off topic question for you. Since you played Myst, will you ever being playing Riven?
@@ChaoticDragon5 yes! Thanks for reminding me I’ll install it now :D
If you wait it tells you
YAYYYY
Hey Gab, what do you use to write on? Thanks!
The free Meridian 157 prologue first then Meridian 157 [1, 2, 3]
