You past me the other day in your Vauxhall insignia some reak of her 😂. The best engine's them the 1.9 PD. My own Audi is running the AVF 1.9 Tdi remmaped to 170bhp stage 1 remap on standard turbo we had it up at 220 bhp but clutch was slipping so turned it back to 170bhp it has 184tho. Just few its mot last month. 🤙👍

Yes the discs are 312mm from a audi tt or skoda octavia vrs etc so you would need discs & brake calipers & caliper carriers all from same car. Hope this helps 💪
Mine does that gets me pissed off I have the fr pd130 just a remap no other mods and it's running 180bhp I have Avon zr7 tyres on mine and can't grip the road in wet I want to hybrid mine soon

The clutch disc i have has the much smaller dampening springs on it thats designed for a duel mass flywheel & clutch disc for a solid flywheel have much bigger heavy duty spings on them also i believe the thickness of the plates are different too.

Once it reaches 4 degrees it lets you know to warn you the roads might be icy. It's a Vw thing even my 2015 golf has it

does your car has any sort of plastic rattles or some like that? I have one 6L myself, it has so many noises it pisses me off
Surprisingly i don't think so! The boot lid can be pain to close properly and if not close properly it rattles like mad

Maybe your maps too aggressive low down? Too much low end torque is what kills your clutch

No pd150 head bolts?
Thats next thing to be done before hybrid turbo gets installed and mapped. When you push 200bhp in these you run high risk of cylinder head lift
Is that check engine light on?
Its because of the egr delete. It will be getting mapped of the ecu
