    What's the function of the actuated console, other than to protect the electronics?

      The people I know that have these are mostly concerned about security of their electronics. You can use this to fold them down and out of sight to keep thieves from getting any ideas. You can leave your boat tied over night and not be too worried about being robbed. Especially when you’re taking a boat from Florida into the Caribbean islands. The peace of mind is worth the initial cost

      @@evangreen6496 Gotcha, thx for the comment. I mean, it's cool, don't get me wrong. But that is a lot of trouble to go thru to make something cool. Makes sense tho, for security. I thought there may another reason as well. ✌🏼

    Looks like a wet boat. 1ft whitecaps…. Go ahead and jump in you will be just as wet after you cross the bay
