I worked for a major Sportfish Yacht builder…I was their lead painter, but involved with everything, including building molds and parts….watching this is like being back on the job…
And that’s not a complaint….. I loved all of it…..All of it….loving it!

Transom core 1.5” thick is 11 pound density (yellow) not sure who makes it? I use it as it is fairly light weight but plenty strong. B39S is a structural adhesive made by Polybond
