I bought this keyboard a few months ago, and I absolutely love it, after having the first edition of claymore I was not disappointed not even a little bit because in my opinion this keyboard is one of the best choice to buy if you want to buy an asus product.
Asus ROG.. always amaze me with these OMEGA tools. I just hope it will be available at the market easily so I dont have to struggle to get it like always 🙏
Only one word is enough to define this keyboard as the only one: PERFECT! ... WHY? Because nobody else from the competition has mainly made the opportunity to remove or reposition the numeric keypad: that gives it a potential plus; the key switches are AWESOME lasting at least 100 million keystrokes ... WOW! Seriously, couldn't there be something better than this? ... And not to mention the design: it's aggressive in conjunction with the chassis lines, they're CRAZY. In addition, without forgetting the logo illuminated by RGB, the battery indicator, the configuration of the MACROS keys, and their ports, which are the exclusive ones, such as USB-C, USB-A and the place where you can place the keyboard adapter so you don't lose it. Honestly, it's what I never expected from a keyboard like this. And as long as it is for sale in MEXICO I will not hesitate to acquire one of these. MY FAVORITE TO DATE. GOOD WORK ASUS! GREETINGS FROM MEXICO
I was looking for an awesome keyboard for my future custom built Mega Gaming PC but all the designs I found on the net were too not impressive. But this on the other hand has impressed me.
Now this video is sick. It doesnt shove it in your face and its just chill and clear. The keyboard is not the most slick and flushed one I've ever seen. I can't say enough and no I was not paid.
This ad only reminds me of my claymore which had a circuitry problem 1 week after the warranty expired and the service person I talked to said it will cost me more than 100 bucks to repair thus sh recommended me to buy a new one. Paid a local repair shop 10 bucks and fixed it. But really that's what stopped me from buying asus peripheral again.
I use the TKL White Monnlight keyboard. Compared to black switches, its keyswitches have less curvature, which sometimes causes my fingers to catch while typing. I imagine that the keyboard featured in this video, with its more rounded keyswitches, would be much more user-friendly.
Lets all appreciate the fact that this keyboard saves USB slots, now I can connect my house directly to the keyboard!! edit: Can you guys also make rx browns?
Please update the rog phone 5 gaming features when the x mode is activated, all objects will turn red, not only the app theme and quick settings, but also volume settings and color themes the setting, which was from orange to red, will be read and realized🙏
Although I love every single aspect of this keyboard I'm wondering... How are we going to be able to change the keycaps will they create different keycaps to customize that? xD
Most users do not change their keycaps, there are of course enthusiasts who do want the flexibility and if that is you then you should consider one of our CherryMX keyboards. The RX switches offer a number of benefits but require a different design. As such it is a tradeoff you make but for most this is not a factor. We are evaluating alternative color scheme keycaps for the future but this is TBD.
@@ASUSUSA I already own one of your keyboards which I love Horus GK2000, I only can't find the right keycaps for it but it's just a question of language layout offer unfortunately even your PBT keycaps which I would buy if find PT layout for it. @@ASUSUSA maybe if by special request it would work and you would not have to just dispach a bunch of keycaps to get dust in the shelves, if done buy request there would be a possibility and you would avoid fabricate and shipping unecessary parts. Looking forward to pick one of this claymore 2 though everything I want but if for some odd reason one of the keycaps breaks there at least for now is not a possibility to swap besides buying a new complete keyboard.
this video shows that it has a regular size swift and enter keys but in some reviews i saw that it has a bigger enter key and a smaller swift key. plz explain rog
I watched the video and it has everything I want. Wireless keyboard with modular numpad. The problem is the pricing. What is stopping me from buying a razer blackwidow v3 pro is the atrocious price for wireless keyboard and this keyboard tops it with a MSRP of 280 euros.

yeah that would have made it far more interesting to upgrade my 1st glaymore, which costed me around 250 euros too. its been 4 years old, but the new model doesnt really warrant the upgrade, as the only diff for me is i could use it wireless.
My thoughts.. It's almost great.. But.. No Bluetooth connectivity, Numpad is unusable if you want detached it & use it independently, After Market Keycaps is very limited because of the unique switch design & No Tactile Switch option..
Bluetooth only has limited due to increase latency and signal stability this is 2.4GHz is used as it is the best choice for low latency gaming-grade wireless connectivity. Making the Numpad wireless would further increase cost and complexity and provide little value. Most who use it want it in the traditional layout which is what the design intent was. As for aftermarket keycaps, most do not swap their keycaps in a limited segment of the market but we do realize there are some who want this. If this is you then you should consider one of our CherryMX keyboards it comes at the expense of the benefits of the RX switch though. We also will be offering a tactile option but went with linear as it is more popular for the first switch offering. RX Blues will be available in Q3.
