Considering the flow rate you are getting in clearing out those gutters. Looks like you have managed to saturate the inner diamater of the tube. You might need to add a seperate tube running from the bucket kid to the top where the key goes in and unlocks the frame, allowing air to flow back in... similar to the air hoses used on refuelling nozzles in F1, nascar etc, more flow and less restriction :) Neat!
