Put the key a third of the way in and turn it, then go further and crank it in sections until the whole frame has been cranked. The Flow hive team in Ox explains this method.
first . rack isnt In place as designed . 2nd you need to stick the key in all the way and turn. you dont have the strength the way you have it set as you dont have the leverage 3rd. its leaking out the bottom because you dont have the rack leveled correctly
These are so good, but so expensive, mind you, if you take away the cost of an extractor from the price of the hive it makes a little more sense. I cant understand why these are being so difficult, I have seen them emptied before andit was a 2 minute job.

Simple design flaw that needs to be rectified by the designer.
You are using this in a manner it’s not meant for.If it leaks the frame needs tightened up
