This was a great ride along, only thing better is being there!!! Nice climbs and descents. Axle carnage, love it!! sweet vid with great footage. CHEERS boys
Thanks AppalachianMountainRiders, we are blessed to have such nice trails close to home. I am yet to see a Honda Pinoeer on the trail. Can't wait to try one.
No X Ds available in 2014. Also... good word of advice, if your Maverick Is in a tight spot and your having to "rock" if back and forth, STAY in it. don't let off. Gotta keep the momentum going.
thumbs up to all you guys you guys ride hard the Maverick without the ice cooler in the back he is hell on wheels the one that put it in the tree thumbs up that is the best video yet
I don't have a hard on for Polaris, I have just personally had very good luck with my last 2 RZR's and my friends have also had great results. I'm not brand biased at all. I own other machines too. I've had Kawasaki's, Hondas, Can-Am's, Yamahas, they are all great. As I've said over and over, I support Polaris since I've had good personal experiences with their recent products. I think the Mavericks rock too. We all bust chops in the videos cause it just makes things more fun on the trail. Don't take any of the comments we make too seriously, its all for fun.
Tough trails you were on, no doubt that is enough to bust up just about any front diff! You should get a Yama-dog on that trail and see how long the clutch would last! Those Polaris boys are crazy pulling you out in reverse - surprised the reverse change didn't snap..
+SWO TAR Already had a Yamaha out.... lets say I have some very very interesting footage so stay tuned in during the next couple of weeks. As far as the clutch goes......... it was not happy. You'll have to wait to see the video to learn the rest. Get the popcorn ready, lol.
+JDHOLTZ34 Thanks man! Its an honour, but I still think Osta owns the Skeg Scene!! We represent on the trails. Maybe one day Ill run into Ostacrusier on the trail, eh.
I know you said Southern Ontario but it sure reminded me of West Virginia Outlaw Trails. I've seen a few short clips in your vids of quads running with the pack. It'd be great to see you include more footage of them too! Maybe on your new channel. Ride On, Ride Out!
So I am trying to decide on a rzr s or Maverick XXC. With all the riding you do, which machines have held up better? What are some things you like and dislike on the rzr ? What are things you like and dislike on maverick?
+Brian Lackey I'm hoping you didn't lose your cold drinks along with your cooler, that's harsh. Sorry to hear about you luck. I'll inquire with my friend. I believe he said he considered it as good as a Yeti for a fraction of the cost.
Great videos. You guys could use a course in vehicle recovery and the use of snatch blocks and tree straps. Very entertaining just the same though. Keep up the good work.
All these older machines are still wicked units. Like you said, they are a lot more attainable and affordable for the average person too. Great starter machines also if you want to get into the sport and learn. Prices of the new machines are getting ludicrous. They aren't realistic for the average person.
+CamoLot Rzr Part 2 will be up in the next few days. Just finishing it up. The Can-Am Maverick sounded a lot worse then it was. He pulled the diff out, cleaned it,filled it up with fresh fluid, popped it back in, installed a new axle, and was back on the trail the next weekend.
Hey Micahel, I wouldn't call it an obsession, lol. It's a learning process. Sometimes when we can't decide which shot we like better we will include both if it is an interesting scene. Check out some of our newer videos, I think we have made many improvements over time. Appreciate the feedback, we will keep working at improving the videos.
+gravellesimon The squealing sound you hear is the brakes due to the severe angle of the descent and the pads being cold. It is much louder on most Can-Am models.
+Sarah Norton Hey, most the Mavericks and RZRs run in low for most of the trail riding, especially the slower and more technical sections. It really depends what the trail is like.
+MrDethStroke Wish I knew, I have been looking too. All I ever see is the standard orange/red ones. I asked my buddy where he got them and he told me they came on the machine when he bought it used.
+Brian Lackey Let me ask my buddy for you next time I see him. I believe I remember him saying he purchased it at Costco. He has had it for over 2 years though.
Bunch of rich you tube guys trashing a nice can am ..discusting...you tube pays big bucks to guys who get lots of views ..i guess canadians are rich ...im not a fan..maybe he will buy the parts to fix the can am with stimilus money..
LMFAO, best comment ever.... Are you serious? Rich TH-cam guys? hahahahaha. Stimulus??? Try the fact we all work our asses off full time and get out on the trails to blow off some steam. Nothing is being trashed here, just a bunch of friends having fun. Trust me... I don't make much money on TH-cam, barely enough to even cover some camera gear. This video was posted in 2016 and only has 125,000 views.... I'm far from being a "Big TH-camr" lol. You need to think about the comments you are making because they make you sound like a complete moron to anyone with a head on their shoulders. Bet typing that made you feel good though, so I'm glad I could help you out man.
+Jacob Sark Ya, it creates a lot more work than necessary for the owner. I agree its a poor design. I hope Can-Am makes some improvements in the future because besides that its a very solid and capable platform.
Thumbs up if you think CAN-AM Dominated this ride!
This was a great ride along, only thing better is being there!!! Nice climbs and descents. Axle carnage, love it!! sweet vid with great footage. CHEERS boys
+Metal Gearz Thanks!! Glad you enjoyed the video because we definitely enjoy providing the footage and even the carnage, lol.
Awsome looking trails! I like my Honda's but I cant dispute the fact Can-Am makes an awesome machine. Nice vid!

Reminds me of our rides, it's always the Mavericks causing trouble.
+AcidicJO lol, seems our new Yamaha YXZ 1000 in the group will be giving the Maverick a run for its money in that category... stay tuned, lmao.
Thumbs up if you think POLARIS Dominated this ride!
+AdrenalineJunkieProd I dont know why you have such a hard on for polaris.
I don't have a hard on for Polaris, I have just personally had very good luck with my last 2 RZR's and my friends have also had great results. I'm not brand biased at all. I own other machines too. +AdrenalineJunkieProd wtf I did not make that comment. I don't even think I have ever made a TH-cam comment until now.
lol

+SWO TAR i think this is coming :)
I thought Osta was my favorite Canadian, I was wrong. Great work, good times
+JDHOLTZ34 Thanks man! Its an honour, but I still think Osta owns the Skeg Scene!! We represent on the trails. Maybe one day Ill run into Ostacrusier on the trail, eh.
+AdrenalineJunkieProd I would love to see that although he might go off trail if he sees mud
I know you said Southern Ontario but it sure reminded me of West Virginia Outlaw Trails.

Awesome looking place. Great video.
Thumbs up for polaris

We're exactly in canada is this? Looks like some amazing trails!
Wicked trails very technical
Thanks. I'm looking to replace my Yeti that was stolen off the back of my RZR
+Brian Lackey I'm hoping you didn't lose your cold drinks along with your cooler, that's harsh. Sorry to hear about you luck. I'll inquire with my friend. I believe he said he considered it as good as a Yeti for a fraction of the cost.
I did. But it was only about 6 small 8 ounce Bud Light. I had already drank my 12 pack of 16 ounce bottles.
Great videos. You guys could use a course in vehicle recovery and the use of snatch blocks and tree straps. Very entertaining just the same though. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Tim. Your right, we have to work on improving our recovery tools.
e normal esse UTV quebrar a correia do CVT com frequencia???
Great videos guys!!!!!
oh Canada. just heard the word hay!! lol

The 2seat maverick that broke a diff. Was it welded/pinned
I see those older units didnt come with 32in tires they are capable machines dont have $25000 to out on one
All these older machines are still wicked units. Like you said, they are a lot more attainable and affordable for the average person too. Great starter machines also if you want to get into the sport and learn. Prices of the new machines are getting ludicrous. They aren't realistic for the average person.
nice vid,...too bad about the Can AM. where is part 2?
+CamoLot Rzr Part 2 will be up in the next few days. Just finishing it up. The Can-Am Maverick sounded a lot worse then it was. He pulled the diff out, cleaned it,filled it up with fresh fluid, popped it back in, installed a new axle, and was back on the trail the next weekend.

What years are the can am’s?
you guys have this obsession with showing the same clip over and over just different angles.
What is that "whistling" sound from 1:22 to about 1:27? Is that a belt?
+gravellesimon The squealing sound you hear is the brakes due to the severe angle of the descent and the pads being cold. It is much louder on most Can-Am models.
What do the guys in the Mavericks usually run in low or high?
+Sarah Norton Hey, most the Mavericks and RZRs run in low for most of the trail riding, especially the slower and more technical sections. It really depends what the trail is like.
Where can I find the navy oliv rotopx fuel packs?
+MrDethStroke Wish I knew, I have been looking too. All I ever see is the standard orange/red ones. I asked my buddy where he got them and he told me they came on the machine when he bought it used.
What brand and size of cooler is that on the lead Can Am?
+Brian Lackey Let me ask my buddy for you next time I see him. I believe I remember him saying he purchased it at Costco. He has had it for over 2 years though.

+Jacob Sark Lol, I figured that's what happened. Its all good. I've had the same thing happen to me a few times.

+Miguel Angulo Hey, we ride in Southern Ontario. Generally within a 3-4 hour radius of the Toronto/Hamilton areas.
