I couldn't get a handle on things and ended -64% on the month. Devastating. I dived more into your videos and THIS video on Level 2 hit home. This month (as of June 20th), I am up 107% and can actually feel things clicking into place. 10 days green, 3 days successful red, 1 day no trade, 1 day holiday. I have NO doubt this Level 2 video is the reason. It was a game changer. Your videos on the psychology of trading and Level 2 have changed everything I do. THANK YOU!!!! Ross, this is the best and most conclusive Level II tutorial I have ever seen. It's even more detailed than your prior Level II tutorials, especially regarding tape buying and selling. It's amazing. I have to watch it multiple times to absorb it. Thanks so much. Ross, you are a supercomputer, teacher, and coach. I wanted to share something: in your recent loss, I noticed that the volume was lower. I've established a new rule for myself: I follow the 10/10 rule, which means looking for 10k consecutive volume in 10-second charts for at least 6 candles. Then, that breakout is safer, from what I've found. Because a spike in a one-minute candle can be an algorithmic spike, but if it's consistent volume for six 10-second candles, that's a promising move. Just a newbie idea 😂 Thanks for your coaching.❤

This class is GOLD. Usually, I simply ignore L2 and the tape as its too much info, but I can see with this class how much more valuable the data is. I think as you trade the chart simplifies the action a bit more so you can process faster, but if you can master the tape and L2 you can make some great scalps.

One word to describe this tutorial, fantastic loved it ross. This buy far is the best level 2 tutorial I have seen from warrior, although other tutorials might have not been pacifically about level 2, the subject was still raised and taught. After seeing this now I have realised, that trading is better done this way, than just following the chart, I would have been more inclined to do that before hand, but because the chart does not show you the volume of shares being traded or the spread it does prove how level two is more beneficial and to the point. I will no doubt watch this video again, but I would appreciate a few more tutorials on this subject as it is more or less the answer to successful trading and we all that. So ross how about another. This is the second time I have seen this tutorial now and what I enjoyed the most about it this time was, as I had learnt a lot from this tutorial the first time, I fully understood everything that was going on and being said, it’s good when your learning something, then it starts to come together and make sense. Level 2 is a great way to trade and if you can visualise what is going on with the chart, for example, were you believe the candles are at that moment in time, you know then, your starting to trade the way it’s meant to be done. So yeah, I felt I have stepped up a bit more now, with my trading knowledge and it’s another piece of the jigsaw, that has started to slot into place. So once again as always, thank you ross, for your teaching here and I am sure you are proud to know it is really beginning to rub of on me now. Bill.

Really good video. I have no experience but got a bit of what you said. New to level 2 I just watched NASDQ ( and 3 tiers of others) bounce MU from 110.29 - 110.97 it took all day. It was expire worthless day on option ahead of me . I rhink they were sweeping the floor?? I finally exited the next option to expire shortly. Today showed the writing on the wall. Exited trade at a 20% loss but did learn what "Y" means and discovered the single letter alphabet that follows each symbol. Those big dogs are well seasoned in their craft. Glad your on the side of the puppies and under dogs.

Ha , saw my first ticker tape glass , brass machine at the infamous LaFontaine Hotel , Huntington , IN coming home from swim practice , I went in and picked up the tape that was piling up on the floor and studied it for 10 mins. or so. Had no clue what I was looking at but was insanely fascinating!

On a high volume stock which we are trading mostly the orders fill fast within a penny or two with a market order. What level two doesn’t show is the whales that just come in and hit the sell button at market and sink the price of the stock in seconds.

@@randythayer8440 I have never been able to glean anything from the level 2 orders. I don’t pay the premium for order flow indicators, but it would be not to have. However, a poor mans order flow indicator would probably be stochastic level divergence or something of the like. It all should be fairly apparent though based on the price action

Such a great video on level 2 and I fully understand the concept of reading level 2 and tape but the main issue I have is at 9:30am that level 2 is moving a warp speed and my eyes can’t keep up lol. Thanks Ross great video 👍

So essentially you are saying, it is suicide to day trade without level 2 data.
Not sure about that sir. The tape is a symptom of what u see on the chart 📈. U should be able to see the volume node in real time
Or, it's another tool in your box to use at the proper times, along with charts, T&S etc.
@@randythayer8440 I have never been able to glean anything from the level 2 orders. I don’t pay the premium for order flow indicators, but it would be not to have.
However, a poor mans order flow indicator would probably be stochastic level divergence or something of the like. It all should be fairly apparent though based on the price action
Depends. If you are a scalper it's much more useful than if you are a traditional day trader or swing trader.
