It might seem basic but these are the questions I have not what lift but how to do each one right. Constant shoulder injuries have made me careful and a stickler for form
This! I was wondering why my elbows would pop when I did rows. Turns out my arms and elbows weren’t aligning with the angle of row I was doing. (Confession- I didn’t even know there were different types that required different things!) No more arm or shoulder discomfort after trying this!
It was hard for me to get the mind muscle connection when I first started training back because mine was underdeveloped. Now I got viable lats, nothing crazy but it’s crazy watching a muscle grow and also build a deeper connection with it through using it.

For lats don't arch your back, lean slightly forward and don't let your elbows go past your torso. Don't let your scapula move around.
