Went to leave the house today in Andalusia Spain. First time in over two weeks. It’s been raining I stepped outside. First step slipped over done my knee again (it’s an old motorcross injury) first thing I thought before I hit the ground was I cannot go to hospital. Not if my watch was ok like I normally would. I prefer the El Primero rather than the IWC. They are underwhelming to me. AND you have the freakin hi beat! Also, Patek is underwhelming, compared to a lot of others like A Lange Sohn, etc. BTW, the robot voice picked the best selection!

I would change your criteria slightly as chronographs are no longer a consideration for me even though I have several in the collection. So a 3-watch collection based on: 1. Dress watch 2. Sport watch 3. Any watch - could be a chrono, could be a beater, or a diver, or even a solar or smart watch, etc. You decide. What would you go with then??? And it has to be from your collection...not a wish list. My 3 would be: 1. JLC Reverso Tribute to 1931 - LE of 100 pieces (black Fagiliano strap) 2. Blancpain Leman Aqua Lung (on bracelet) 3. My 'current' 3 watch collection: Daily Driver: Speedmaster (I have about a dozen straps + bracelet) Rough Duty: Sinn U1. I can wear it in my shop with my motorcycles & since I live in Santa monica I can go for a swim & not have to worry about changing the watch. Great channel. But let's hear more about some of the watches that I haven't heard mentioned on your channel, unless I missed it. In my collection are several Bell & Ross models, including the Tattooed Skull and Full Lum, Cartier Santos XL Chrono in black PVD, Breitling Super Avenger Black Steel, TCM "Brad Pitt" Orienteering watch just to name a few, and of course, my Rolex GMT Master II. Just suggesting that there are of the amazing OEM's out there that deserve a shout out and maybe a review.
For 60k I think I'd go with a Blancpain FF Milspec/OC3 & JLC Reverso duoface & I don't like chronographs so would trade it for the BLNR GMT2. The change i would bank. Genuinely wouldn't feel the need to spend it all!

I am looking to get a Diver, a GMT and a Chrono. Currently is a Pam 112, Rolex Black Ceramic GMT and a IWC Pilot chrono 3777. Looking to upgrade the Pam 112 to a no date Sub and trade the Pilot chrono to Speedy Pro. Will put the Sub on a rubber strap which will be my casual sports watch, Speedy pro on leather strap for work or weekends at the mall where I can time my parking meter and GMT for travel and more dressy occasions. Black ceramic bezel with the PCL, its a dress sub and it dressy enough for me and formal wear is a rarity nowadays for me.

Yeah - this was a good episode. First the fighting with Lenny is well done (and well timed. ( & so at 1 or 2 points I actually laughed (by myself - watching a you-tube thing.) Second, the watch selections were pretty good. Solid - if a bit expected. But (frankly - and you know this) Lenny tops you at the end. "One -- Two - Three, - done!" though Lenny's a bit "expected" too -- but undeniably good.

I think that you need a beater watch…something for working around the house, or traveling into less than savory areas, something you can afford to be stolen. I’d suggest at Casio G-shock DW5610…or 5600.
I was lucky enough to able to buy my dream 3 watch collection. Rolex 1600 Buckley dial, Cartier Tank Solo, Rolex 5513. If I had all the money in the world I would still choose these three.
Best 3 or 4 or 3, 3 watch lists I have seen imo. For the budget list I would go with the regular Turtle over the baby turtle. It actually wears less top heavy and sits on the wrist much flatter and comfortable. Oi, if you haven't tried one on let me recommend the SRP775 since you like the BLK/GOLD combo, I bet you would fancy that piece as a everyday beater. You could also dress it up a bit with a Strapcode Jubilee. As a side note, your comments on the Sub looking tiny after wearing the SD leads me to believe you would love the 45mm Turtle case or 44mm Sumo which is magic on the wrist. Both would still wear smaller than the SD. Stay healthy! I love the channel!

The entire point of a collection is that you acquire a number of loved items over time. The perfect collection is one that you love, and that bring you joy over the course of your life. If you have $1,000 to spend on three watches, save it up until you can buy a beautiful watch. Then save up again until you can buy the next watch for your collection. Buying three watches to spend $1K, you are just wasting your time, energy and money. Just wait! Great video, you had me chuckling throughout! Only wish is that you would have put the second tier at 5000. A 1000 to 10000 jump is too much, and I think just made it too easy for you to fulfill that category. Also, suggesting all those Rolex I find very cliche. I was in the London Rolex store a couple months ago visiting from the US and was offered a new 2 tone black face sea dweller for 11 and a half thousand pounds...but I have a 16613 sub 2 tone and they just looked too similar and I’m holding out for a used gold Daytona in the next year or so. That being said I really regret not buying it now. Good price right?

My 'current' 3 watch collection: Daily Driver: Speedmaster (I have about a dozen straps + bracelet)
Rough Duty: Sinn U1. I can wear it in my shop with my motorcycles & since I live in Santa monica I can go for a swim & not have to worry about changing the watch. Plus if there is a Zombie Apocalypse I know at least my Sinn will survive :)) Lastly, My Rolex YM 40 Rhodium.
i think a 3 watch collection should consist of:
1. Dress watch - Rolex DJ/36mm/steel bracelet with any combo dial/bezel.. hands down winner of the “one watch collection” game.
2. Dive watch - Rolex Sea dweller 126600. why? cause its not a Sub
3. Beater watch - Seiko. any you pick. For me its my seiko orange monster second gen. on two tone orange and black nato strap! awesome summer watch...
thoughts?
1. Steel sports watch with water resistance (Seamaster, Explorer, etc.)
2. JLC Reverso Duoface. Excellent with both suits and jeans, and has two time zones for travels.
3. A true dress watch, preferably in gold or white gold--Lange Saxonia or Patek Calatrava if you are rich, Longine Heritage if you aren't.
Great channel. But let's hear more about some of the watches that I haven't heard mentioned on your channel, unless I missed it. In my collection are several Bell & Ross models, including the Tattooed Skull and Full Lum, Cartier Santos XL Chrono in black PVD, Breitling Super Avenger Black Steel, TCM "Brad Pitt" Orienteering watch just to name a few, and of course, my Rolex GMT Master II. Just suggesting that there are of the amazing OEM's out there that deserve a shout out and maybe a review.
For 60k I think I'd go with a Blancpain FF Milspec/OC3 & JLC Reverso duoface & I don't like chronographs so would trade it for the BLNR GMT2. The change i would bank. Genuinely wouldn't feel the need to spend it all!

I am looking to get a Diver, a GMT and a Chrono. Currently is a Pam 112, Rolex Black Ceramic GMT and a IWC Pilot chrono 3777. Looking to upgrade the Pam 112 to a no date Sub and trade the Pilot chrono to Speedy Pro. Will put the Sub on a rubber strap which will be my casual sports watch, Speedy pro on leather strap for work or weekends at the mall where I can time my parking meter and GMT for travel and more dressy occasions. Black ceramic bezel with the PCL, its a dress sub and it dressy enough for me and formal wear is a rarity nowadays for me.

£60k (steel VC overseas blue chrono, yellow gold Calatrava and a rose gold daydate)
Yeah - this was a good episode. First the fighting with Lenny is well done (and well timed. ( & so at 1 or 2 points I actually laughed (by myself - watching a you-tube thing.) Second, the watch selections were pretty good. Solid - if a bit expected. But (frankly - and you know this) Lenny tops you at the end. "One -- Two - Three, - done!" though Lenny's a bit "expected" too -- but undeniably good.
Rolex Sub (no date), Apple Watch, Casio F91 - all bases covered. Though my fourth, would be a Patek 5231. Great funny vid, should get some good opinionated responses!

I think that you need a beater watch…something for working around the house, or traveling into less than savory areas, something you can afford to be stolen. I’d suggest at Casio G-shock DW5610…or 5600.
I was lucky enough to able to buy my dream 3 watch collection. Rolex 1600 Buckley dial, Cartier Tank Solo, Rolex 5513. If I had all the money in the world I would still choose these three.
Best 3 or 4 or 3, 3 watch lists I have seen imo. For the budget list I would go with the regular Turtle over the baby turtle. It actually wears less top heavy and sits on the wrist much flatter and comfortable. Oi, if you haven't tried one on let me recommend the SRP775 since you like the BLK/GOLD combo, I bet you would fancy that piece as a everyday beater. You could also dress it up a bit with a Strapcode Jubilee. As a side note, your comments on the Sub looking tiny after wearing the SD leads me to believe you would love the 45mm Turtle case or 44mm Sumo which is magic on the wrist. Both would still wear smaller than the SD. Stay healthy! I love the channel!

The entire point of a collection is that you acquire a number of loved items over time. The perfect collection is one that you love, and that bring you joy over the course of your life. If you have $1,000 to spend on three watches, save it up until you can buy a beautiful watch. Then save up again until you can buy the next watch for your collection. Buying three watches to spend $1K, you are just wasting your time, energy and money. Just wait! Great video, you had me chuckling throughout! Only wish is that you would have put the second tier at 5000. A 1000 to 10000 jump is too much, and I think just made it too easy for you to fulfill that category.
Also, suggesting all those Rolex I find very cliche. There are enough other channels that have that avenue more than covered. I was looking for something off the beaten path.
DJ 41 jubilee new (you choose dail) , VC overseas 2nd generation black dail ,used three straps, day date yellow gold ( ideally 40 but settle for 36) . Well something like what I’m aiming at , well a little different but that’s the basic idea.

I was in the London Rolex store a couple months ago visiting from the US and was offered a new 2 tone black face sea dweller for 11 and a half thousand pounds...but I have a 16613 sub 2 tone and they just looked too similar and I’m holding out for a used gold Daytona in the next year or so. That being said I really regret not buying it now. Good price right?

I am surprised you never recommended Bulova precision in the cheap range and the Lange and Sohne zeitwerk in the last category, Well the L&S is over the budget but hell who doesn't go over when they see something so stunning , lol . Another worthy mention is Doxa with the Valjoux movement.
