  • This is the BEST yoga for stressed out mamas! The first time I tried yin yoga was when my twins were about 4 months old and I was HOOKED! If you've never done this style of yoga you MUST try it out! I find that it re-centers me and puts me into an almost meditative state. It's seriously the best thing to do while your kids are napping, to give yourself some R&R.
