  • Thanks for watching!!
This sheeter is from Brod and Taylor. Here is my affiliate link for the sheeter shown in this video
    collabs.shop/a...
The affiliate link means I get a small kick back when you purchase through my link with no extra cost to you. I would recommend this sheeter even without my affiliation with the company. In fact, I asked to be an affiliate after I fell in love with their product. So I promise, I am not trying to “sell” anyone on this. I’m simply showcasing a machine that I absolutely love and have wanted for years!
This sheeter is the first sheeter that was actually possible for me to get due to its compact size and not needing electricity. Larger commercial machines are WAY too much for me in my home, so this was the perfect solution.
Thanks for all your amazing questions and for watching me share something that has helped speed up my laminated dough process SO much. I hope it helps you too!

Very clear and practical demonstration of this Japanese dough sheeter. 🧑‍🍳
You can freeze the removable roller to keep the dough cool while working with it. 🙂

Thank you for taking the time to show this, its very helpful to see the details of this process. I have one of these sheeters, the measurements are metrc. What thickness do you try to achieve when you are preparing for a fold? What is the thickness for the final result before cutting ?
