Don't know it never really sees the rain but all that's below it is the radiator so only thing it could damage is rad fans but they get wet on any vehicle

Miles better than a fiberglass bonnet. They never fit right anyway.
I know mate and saves me a few hundred pounds in the process 👌
@@TheDIYTuners Fiberglass is known for being much lighter, you definitely wouldn't be saving weight by keeping the metal one.
The stock bonnet on the rx7 is all alluminium it's lighter than my old fibreglass one for sure
