- No silo is complete without a bar…We knew how we wanted it to look but finding and fitting a 14’ double live edge slab inside is no simple task. Lots of double measuring and muscling involved with this project.
The friend/family working dynamic yall got going, is a familiar scene. Nice work, thx for the entertainment.
Thank you! We really enjoy it as well!
Cutting down the middle to obtain a tight fit is known as a “Kerf Cut”. Great job guys.👏
Sweet, thanks for the info! Thanks for watching!
Pretty cool chill zone! Second floor, def wraparound seating with rolling chairs and tables for easy reconfiguration... Cheers guys! Primetime content!
Thanks!
@@Worzalla_Brothers I thought would be cool as if you had a circular table around the opening with some sort of which powered crank elevator system to go from the first floor to the second floor to bring drinks up
Watching from Vancouver Island 🏝️🇨🇦
Man, that looks fan-freakin-tastic. You guys have some seriously mad skills getting everything you've been doing with this project. 😲😍
Thanks! Much appreciated!
What a clever idea to bring those large slabs together by cutting down the middle!
Thanks!
Holy cow guys, that is beautiful, so worth all the effort! The craftsmanship is amazing and the wood itself, sheesh, can’t do any better, picked some awesome logs! Thanks so much, best ever series, that is, until your next project!!!
Thank you very much! Glad you're enjoying the content and we will keep it coming!
"Let's even out the greatness" is now in my vocabulary.
What a great project! Awesome work at always!
Hello from Moosomin,Saskatchewan,Canada you have great videos and great at communicating. Thanks for sharing.
❤❤Loved the dowel hammering!!!❤❤
Nice work guys, you have a new fan from Spain, is fantastic this renovated silo. Congrats.
Thanks, much appreciated!
You guys are so talented and are dong such an amazingly beautiful job!!! Your channel deserves 1+million subs and I'm sure you guys will get there in no time!! Keep them vidoes coming they're so enjoyable to watch.
Thank you! We appreciate and will keep the videos coming!
Great Saturday morning viewing! 👍
Ya had me holding my breath once ya unloaded it, to putting into place boys. Awesome work fellers.
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching!
Love what you guys are doing, silo is awesome..
Thanks!
The bar looks amazing, that maple looks so nice. I personally wish the middle lifted up to make it so you didn’t have to crawl under to the bar to get behind it but I can under not wanting to cut that beautiful slab anymore than you have to. I think a wrap around couch on the second floor would be amazing! Maybe a nice soft leather with a bit of color say a dark green or blue would be sweet. You could make a custom coffee sized table in the center with a square piece of glass so you can still see all the way through to the top.
We didn’t have the heart to cut into the bar top but we figured we could always do that in that future, but I think we are on the same page with the wrap around couch on the 2nd floor, stay tuned! Thanks for watching!
Epic one of a kind bar! Great job men👌
Thank you! It’s definitely coming along nicely and we’re getting excited for the finished product!
The usual top class work 👍👍
Thank you!
Great how you did that trick to straighten the slabs together I never seen that excellent idea!
Thank you! Cheers from Wisconsin!
Exceptional, guys!
Thank you!
Beautiful work guys. Let’s have a chilly one!
We like the sound of that! Thanks for watching!
very smart build guys
I just found you guys and watched this last night. Now I have to go back from the beginning. Very, very interesting. I really enjoyed the video. So now I'm off to Pt. 1. Thanks fellas
Glad you’re enjoying the series, thanks for watching!
Looks amazing guys👍🏿
Thanks, cheers!
Wow! what a tremendous project and putting it together super well!
Thank you!
This build is perfect for people that go in circles... from what I know of the world I predict you will have standing room only!! Why did you make the dowels such a tight interference fit, it sure made joinery a mission thankfully you used a glue with a long open time. You guys have high end rustic look down pat great job!! Not even the great "Carnac" could have foretold this for the future of your stone silo, Amazing. Ray Stormont
Thank you, we appreciate it! Cheers from Wisconsin!
2:25 a metal detector would be a really good investment. Just sayin'
You Worzalla brothers should be the Wowzer brothers. Who would not want to do some sippin' in there?
Thank you! That does sound good rolling off the tongue, cheers!
very nice . good job
Thank you! Cheers!
Hello from France, all of you are great workers👏👏👏👏
Thanks!
Awesome job guys!! It's going to look great!! OH! AND! Real wood workers don't wear flipflops! 🤣
Haha Thanks, ya he is a woodworker in the making lol
That was some great layout, it turned out great.
I see banding tools at auctions all the time, it would save you from loosing the use of your straps while they are in the kiln.
Thanks for the tip!
😇😎😇
lookin' good.
Good work team, congratulations guys.👍👍👍
Thanks!
You guys are awesome 👌
I'm watching TH-cam channel worzalla brother i salute you guys amazing i proud with son im from Philippines bravo 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you from Wisconsin USA! God bless!

MOM WORZALLA BROTHERS DROPPED A NEW VID
I’ve used my track saw to cut slabs that are too thick and finished the cut with a big flush trim bit on a router. It’s a pain but I don’t have that big circular saw
I like your method!
Cool
as camisas de vocês são top
Are you going to put some type of dumbwaiter from the bar to the top deck area
Yes sir, it will be a pulley system on an old hand winch!
@@Worzalla_Brothers may suggest using a piece of a auger in your design. Well done 👍
Oh, you were building stuff, I didn't even notice 😏
A small hand-held metal detector helps find nails in logs
Start your jig for drilling the dowels in the middle, that way you will only accumulate half the error when you get to the ends. Starting at one end and you could add up to enough error to make for a mismatch that would make it harder to mate up the two sides-which it looked like you had trouble cinching up.
Thanks you for the feedback, we’ll have to try that!
A metal detector would help to find nails before cutting.
I really like the solid across counter. Being that you will never have symmetrical top. Having one end of the bar not bolted in place, as to move counter in place. Might be easier than lifting up. Any thoughts? You guys do good work, Rey impressed
Great idea and something for us to think about in the future, thanks for watching!
I have binge watched your videos over the last three days since I discovered it! Great stuff, I love the roof and the spiral stairs. I was just wondering if this is your own silo or are you doing it for a customer? It must be costing a huge amount!
Thanks and glad you’re enjoying the content! The silo does belong to a relative of ours
вау, вы дошли до уровня голливуда )))
Thank you! We appreciate it!
Wrap around couch is the only way fellas. Maybe the try a Chesterfield type design to add some architectural interest via the couch since it'll probably be the only thing in there. That'll class the joint up, using a soft material and the right color will add the right amount of casualness back. Get a custom round rug made with a square opening in the center maybe? I've watched far too many rug making/cleaning videos lol
I like your thinkin’, I think we may go that route!
How would there get to be so many nails in a tree like that ? That's just crazy. I'm suprised you don't wear back braces. Your stuff is pretty cool.
Thank you, our guess is that the tree was located at the front of a farm property and they used it to post signs over the years!
Hey there, good people love from Iran. One question: Why don't you use a metal detector for nails?
Coming together guys.. just need a opening in middle of the bartop, so you don't need to crawl in to the bar
I think if we where both a bit older we would have but we didn’t have the heart to cut into the center of such a nice live edge, we figured we could always do it in the future, thanks for watching!
@@Worzalla_Brothers oh I get it.. your making a pop crawl.. from silo to silo
@@Ron-sp7lw Oh pops will be receiving full service! no need for him to serve himself lol
Great videos! Maybe invest in a metal detector. it can save some blades. and you soon earn in what the cost of the metal detector compare to what blades cost
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated!
got another question for you: looks like you have large acres of land and collecting the logs from your jungle, right, so how come this trees have nail in them if you are the sole cutter storer , why/how nails are in middle of the wood ?-sorry if its too basic never dealt w free backyard forest or lumber before
We don’t really cut much lumber off our land unless it’s dead, we actually work with a local arborist to salvage trees they take down in the community that are dead or have fallen and often we don’t know what’s inside of them sometimes unfortunately, thanks for watching!
... Yeah ! ... da wo rohe Kräfte sinnlos walten .. da kann kein Knopf die Hose halten ... Voila ! ...
👍👍👍✌✌✌
My question is does being code compliant mean anything to you gentleman?
Spirals. Handrails. Guard rails. Tread Widths and depths. Landings.
???????
Guy in blue is that voice inside your head telling you don’t do it, it’ll be bad, you won’t make it.
👍
Are you guys in Wisconsin?? Is that the same concrete company--Schmitze--that Victory concrete uses in Wisconsin??
Yes sir, located in Southeast Wisconsin and use them a lot on these larger pours, thanks for watching!
Do you guys live there connected to the silo?
It’s a local project out in the country side, thanks for watching!
How far is your workshop from the Silo?
Not too far, just a short country road drive!
не знаю какой вы клей используете, но надеюсь что PUR
We tend to use Titebond 3 on all our projects! Thanks for watching!

подскажите цветовой номер по RAL ваших амбаров красного цвета
Сделайте второе название на русском и у вас будет в 100 раз больше просмотров )))
Haha you might be right!
Not sure why you guys always put bars in. 🤔
In Wisconsin, bars are the focal point of most good gatherings, thanks for watching!
Nice job...Silos aren't constructed to be living spaces...As a contractor for over 35 years; use your time productively and MAKE MONEY.
It should be blatantly obvious to everyone involved in the project that the next floor has to be a cigar lounge! Come on boys it's obvious. You have a couple of beers and then you have a smoke? I mean what else does a working man aspire to in life?
I like your thinking!!
