One of the best examples of this was when they did the legally blonde musical behind the scenes in audition process. To audition they showed how you had to be able to sing full belt while doing a pelaton exercise. Incredible. Totally missed by most how hard it is. Also to not heavy breath into your mic!

There is a big difference between the people who are really trained for working at the musical theatre and Ariadna Grande.She is not at the same high level like the other singer, dancers and actors of the ensemble.

OMG! This just sweeps me up into a whirl of fuming Hairspray! One of the most fun numbers in the whole musical. Everyone of those actors are chef's kiss perfect for their roles. I just can't stop that beat!
This is my favorite casts out of all the Hairspray “movies”. Jennifer Hudson, Ariana Grande, Dove Cameron, Kristin Chenoweth, Derek Hough, Rosie O’ Donnell, and Maddie Baillio are all amazing separately but TOGETHER 😍😍. The 1988 and 2007 casts were amazing too but this one I always remember first when I think of Hairspray. Maybe it’s all of the actors in it not sure. I’ve seen the 1988 way more than 2016 and 2007 combined but it still makes me think of it first.

They were nervous about casing him because of his voice, but they had to double the length of "timeless to me" because audiences went wild for it every night. He's not big in Hollywood, but he's fantastically respected in the Broadway world - not only for his performing, but also for his writing, and for his work with up-and-coming people. Cyndi Lauper regularly credits him for shepherding her thorough creation of Kinky Boots, which she won a Tony Award for (best composer).
2007 is iconic. Young Zac and Amanda, AMAZING performances from Queen Latifa and John Travolta. Christopher Watkins also did amazing as well and SEAWEED.. full. Stop, he was amazing

@@notmyname3556 She did! In the musical 13 - which apparently is now adapted and on Netflix, but not her version. I remember seeing that and my friend and I going how talented everyone in it was. Turns out both Ariana and Elizabeth Gillies were in it
