Peak District Cosy Cabin

It's the yearly men's winter camp. This year we headed back into Staffordshire to a little village called Butterton. We arrived and had a chilled out evening playing card games, consuming drinks and feeling warm from the log burner. The next morning we captured an epic sunrise for the fog crept in on us. After a hearty filling of breakfast cobs we set off on a 10 mile walk with the aim of visiting Thor's Cave. On route we came across a sign for 47th Squadron Cairn. Whilst we was looking up some information about it, the local church warden appeared and opened up the church so we could see the memorial and wreckage that was inside
