Just an FYI, Hun. With baked geleé blushes, as these are, you need to use a stiff, scratchy brush for application. Natural hair brushes are usually the best. Bakes geleé is my all-time favorite formula. Also, it helps explain the price a bit; as that formula is more costly to produce than standard powders. Only made at certain factories in Italy. 🤍❤️
Haus Labs liquid eyeliner instantly became my favorite. It’s one of the best I’ve tried and is super black as well as stays locked in place. I will always get their liners.

I can’t speak for the whole brand because I don’t have a lot but the blushes were the first thing to make me want to purchase too and I actually did. I got the blushes in Bellini and Spritz. They are amazing. They melt into the skin and I don’t know if they react to your warmth or what but they melt in and look more vibrant giving it almost a satiny glow. They are super small which shocked the shit out of me when I opened my package but they are REALLY good. It’s worth the money. Because of the formula you have to pick the right brush though and the one he uses in the video isn’t it.

I like mini lipstick kits for trying different colours but not at that price! You could get a Pat McGrath blush for not much more money, I know who would get my money, the PMG blushes are amazing. I cannot believe how much that make-up cost all together. I haven't been tempted to try anything from the brand yet.
I have a lot of makeup 💄though so small sizes normally don't bother me. My mini Nars orgasm blush still has a lot of product and it's my go to blush. My benefit hoola mini bronzer is still good too.
Small bullet lipsticks don't last as long as small powders at all. Those wouldn't make it more than a couple full days. On the other hand they could be the only bullet lipsticks I ever finish.
Don’t sleep on the blushes. I have Bellini and Spritz. They are gorgeous and melt into the skin. Something about contact with the skin warms it up and the longer you wear it the more it melts in. Bellini also has a way of brightening up just a bit and looking a little satiny almost glowy. I have the highlighter too but the real winner for me is the blushes. The rest of the collection is unappealing to me but I definitely plan to get the other two blushes because they are good. The pan size for them really should be bigger though because even I was shocked when I saw how small they were.

Trying to sell department store priced makeup launching first on the evil empire of Amazon just gives it a cheap impression to me. I got a Haus Laboratories gloss through a subscription box and it's nice but I prefer my ColourPop and drugstore stuff anyway. The ColourPop Blur Lux lipsticks are stupid comfortable, and still only $8 if you don't catch a sale (which is rare for me.) I like the high end stuff I have, too, but really, I am happy with affordable stuff, quality is better than it used to be by so much.

I think your reaction to these products, including the way they were shipped to you, is entirely valid. Even Pat McGrath doesn't send you sample size for their minis! And I agree, I've never understood this brand. It seems like an avenue for merchandise, which would be fine if it was exciting and quality but I don't see it 🤷♀️
These would be great for traveling for sure. My boyfriend and I go to his dads every weekend and packing all my makeup is a pain so minis are perfect 🥰
Could you review Olivia Palermo’s makeup line? I really want to know who produces her makeup and I like her eyeshadow palette. Yeah I hate when companies do that. When you spend money on their products and you buy a bunch of stuff at once, and then it shows up one item here one item there at a time. And then to have like packaging damaged and all that! Hopefully the product didn't get damaged, but that would kind of suck especially if this is a special collector's edition type deal, because you still want to hold on to the packaging to display it.
The lip glaze looks like the Wayne Goss lip gloss…which is $18. Pat McGrath blushes are $38, but it is Pat Fucking McGrath (and I love her blushes)…I am shocked at these Gaga prices…

Those blushes were the only items I was looking at but after seeing the size Heack No! Fenty Creams are about the same size (visually) they only $22 and amazing formula. So many other companies have better options for fraction of cost

Oh, please. It's no more of a "cash grab" than any other celebrity makeup company. It's no worse than selling through Sephora or Ulta like every other beauty brand. Every single major corporation in America treats their employees like crap. Amazon is NOT unique in that realm, so get off your high horse. And at the very least, the brand is truly cruelty-free, unlike other celeb lines like Rare Beauty, REM and Fenty, none of which are actually certified cruelty free by third-party affiliates.

When I buy makeup I always try and look at how many ounces I'm getting, I did not on this launch and I'm kicking myself in the ass for it.
The blushes of this collection were the first thing I ever found myself wanting from her brand. Once I saw the price I was like umm no mam!

I bought $50 of Lime Crime minis and they were bigger than that.
And those blushes gave me Winky Lux vibe and those are 12-16 bucks.
