There’s a reason for that. My ‘local’ AD 90 miles away said Ball wants to be an online retailer. They can’t get watches from them anymore. I like the brand, but I don’t trust them for support.
I was going to moan about the polished centre links but i suppose if you go for 904L steel you have to make the most of it. I love ball watches, criminally underrated. Build like tanks and the movement, in house or not, is excellent. My skin diver 3 is 0spd
When is a movement an in-house movement and when is it a modified Sellita? How much "modification" must go on to be called "in-house"? I don't understand.
I don't think this movement is a customised ETA. It's layout and specs don't really match anything else. I think the question over this being legitimately in house is that it's speculated it was designed and built by an external movement company. Similar to how Tudor used Kenissi before they were acquired. Only Ball are being a bit more secretive about it.

Truly the most underrated brand. It is really good. I should know. I own one. Black dial with steel bezel. The 51st one out of 1000.

Seems a shame to not have the GMT hand fitted with tritium or lume, since the bezel is lumed.
