Please give us a refresher session on Orchestrator as per 2024 version. Many setups have been changed now like we can not add tenant or add standard machines in the current version. So kindly teach us about the new aspect of the Uipath orchestrator. Thank you so much for all the beautiful sessions so far.

Well Done mate. I had nightmares with my Enterprise license due to wrong robot allocation. I had to downgrade with Community edition to connect with the Robot. Your explanation is awesome. Continue the good work and save our time. Good Luck.

Really impressing, that you are making videos as per the pulse of developers. i still have connected unlicensed issue ( i strongly feel that my system password used wrongly, i am using pin number and do not remember my system password) but still you solved my big head ache !!!!! i suggest this videos to my people

The New Apollo Orchestrator does not have the Enviroment tab , does it have a new name or is it put in a different place .

I was connected to orch for last 3 weeks but now It's showing robot error on my uipath studio ,wats the problem(reason given log in has expired .plz sign out n sign in) shld I sign out from uipath studio?

I tried creating default folder butit says classic folder cannot be activated for the community plan.Is there other ways to create unattended robot.

Can we perform the Ui actions such as clicks when the VM is locked using Uipath unattended community license.
From your vedio, we understood that we can perform non Ui actions. But Iam stuck at performing Ui actions in a locked vm screen using unattended community license.
Please assist me with this.

I AM HAVING ISSUE WITH WITH Hybrid Authentication...
Enforce user authentication, disable robot key authentication is getting enable automatically.
due to which Secure Authentication get active
ref path - Settings page > Security tab.

1) while making program using Re-framework we can use with orchestrator or we can create prgm without using orchestrator?
2) could u plz make a small video about orchestrator like what is service, what is package, what is tenants? What is asset? What is queue( not sure this is available in orchestrator or not?
3) How to use orchestrator with program?

@expohub Hi sir, for me in orchestrator the default tenant is already created and no option to create another one . When i go to machines tab there is already a machine created with type template but no robots attached to it. I created a standard machine by following your video and then created a folder and then clicked on users and edit. Here in robot setup enabled unattended robot and gave domain user name pw and updated. The robot is listed in robots tab but when i used the machine key and url to connect to uipath assistant it still says unlicensed
Please try to restart the studio and the assistant

What about the enviroment? How I create different departments like on the previous version you create exho-hub group1, group 2 then assign the robot based on selected dept.

Hi Rakesh, Thank you very much for the content shared, I am really breaking my head to understand the Unattend Robot configuration in the new Orchestrator.
I followed the steps and configured the unattended robot, but when I want to run the Job from the orchestrator it is in pending status forever when the UiPath Assitance connected via service URL. So I have disconnected and changed the connection type to Machine Key then the status is Connected, Unlicensed, still Job from Orchestrator was successful. I have done a reboot and log out from Assistant and Orchestrator but no luck..
Would you please give some advice on this please?

I have been seeing some kind of inconsistency may be due to internet or may be something else. In such a case in the community edition the last resort will be to delete the tenant or the services and start all over again. As I am not finding any other area to target to fix this

In such case restart your laptop and check again.
Hi I have followed the same steps but still facing issue as it is not getting connected to Assistant and also there is a Robot Error in Studio.

Hi Gitesh in such scenarios you may try to close UIPath and orchestrator and try to login back. If nothing works try to restart your laptop
