The video was really helpful. I was waster few hours trying to configure unattended bot and after watching this video, it was simpler. However UI has changed in uiPath studio v 2022.4.3 but it was easy to figure out. keep making videos. For any uiPath related issues, I generally look for your videos.

My automations are going great and now that I have my unattended bots running ( I hope ) life is really looking better, especially since my RPA / UIPath journey is at the POC stage and unattended bots play a big role. Interestingly, I was trading messages with Jeppe (another UIPath TH-camr ) about running unattended bots on disconnected virtual machines. I have MS Remote Desktop running one of my bots and VMWare VDI for another. For RDP, in my environment, I had to use tscon.exe to disconnect from it while keeping the GUI active whereas with VDI I can simply disconnect. As been documented and mentioned on the forum, you have to use simulate click and type or send windows message for GUI interactions, or else your app will stall and timeout and the bot will fail. What helped me find out where the hangups were, was to set the robot settings Logging Level in Orchestrator to Trace (which really taught me the value of putting descriptions on my activies) and sprikling Log Message activities set to Trace to help me find out where the process was. Jeppe has not experienced this so it could be my setup, I'll have to experiment but I have a fully unattended solution for two environments which makes me very happy and contributes to the case for RPA using UIPath.

@@andersjensenorg Yes, it worked, but only when Attended and Unattended robots are enabled for the user and the personal workspace too so that it can create the machine automatically. Before I was trying to run unattended jobs only with Unattended robot enabled for the user and when signing with interactive sign in it didn't work.

Hey Maycon. Sure. Create a boolean variable (that one can hold either True or False), name it e.g. boolMatch. Then in the For Each Row use an If with the condition row.item("TheNameOfTheColumnYouWantToLookIn").ToString = "TheValueYouWantToLookFor". In that If put an assign, with boolMatch = True, you can put in a Break activity to stop the iteration, since you now know, you have that value. Now after the For Each Row use an If with the condition boolMatch = True and in the Then place the activity you want to perform. I hope that helps. Kind regards, Anders

I tried exactly the same steps. But when I try to start the process manually, it goes in Pending mode without any action. Whereas the same run from uipath assistant. Pls assist.
