: Master the techniques of using Trigger or Schedule the Job in Uipath Orchestrator. Learn how to automatically update uipath Package without deleting the processes created before. Learn the right way of scheduling the job in Uipath.
In this chapter we are going to create a sample demo which would greet the user and inform the current time of the system. Post creating the workflow we are going to publish it to the uipath orchestrator. We will see how to upload this new version of the package into the previously created processes in uipath Orchestrator.
Then we will learn how to create the trigger in an accurate way in uipath orchestrator. Continue to watch the video to get a deep understanding and master the Orchestrator in uipath.

I've published my process with 1.0.9 version, and when I checked the process on cloud UiPath,it shows 1.0.1 version. I've attempted to updrade, I cannot upgrade since the button of upgrade to latest is disabled. how can i enable the button?

HI Rakesh, In orchestrator new version i couldnt able to find Default Folder, Environments & Add symbol on Robots , which is like i cannot create a Robot, can you please let me know the solution to come out

For example if there are 3 robots defined for a specific environment and I check the option for "All Robots" while scheduling a process which has the same environment defined for it. In this case, what would be the outcome ? ..... Its my assumption that the process would be executed on all the machines with which the individual robots are associated. Is this the right outcome ? ..... Also one more thing .... if the outcome that I have mentioned is correct, would the execution be happening parallely on all three machines ??

Hello Sir Thank You for great Tutorial using this i am able to Schedule My First Bot which goes to destination webpage and fetch the file, but i have question
will this schedule BOT work if my local PC is offline if not then how can i achieve this even if i am offline this task should be perfomed
The machine where the Bot supposed to run has to remain connected otherwise the bot would loose connection to Orchestrator And cannot run , that is the minimum requirement!

Hello rakesh.. Can we schedule the automation under locked screen
Yes Madhu we can run Automation Under a locked screen. For this try the below suggestion. 1.for all the UI interaction activities such as type into or click activities enable simulate property. 2.if you are using Excel activities go for work book activities. 3. upload the package to orchestrator and run it on an unattended robot you will be able to run it in the locked screen

For event based trigger we generally use RE Framework. I have entire chapter on that

Delete the trigger And if required recreate it

@@AutomatewithRakesh ya so there is a scenario where in i need to dump data from a web application with 2 diff filters into an excel. And then upload them in queue at diff intervals for each filter. The 1st filter has to load into queue twice a day nd the next 3hrs a day.
kruthika pampattiwar I think we can achieve this! After the first filter work is finished decide the time and set trigger for the dispatcher workflow to take action and push files to the queue. Similarly after second filter schedule another trigger
