Yes we are seeing more inventory on resale homes, Im seeing more people who bought during the pandemic moving back to their home states due to work reasons or they just missed living near friends and family. New Home Sales have slowed down and prices have adjusted as well. There are some decent deals currently as well. Thanks for the comment.

It was priced at $502,215.00. One of my viewers is going under contract in this home as we speak. This was filmed a few weeks ago and was already scheduled to post to TH-cam last night .
