Fastest Preorder ever. I know nothing about this series, but it checks every single box for me.
Had a lot of fun with the demo. Crossing fingers for more enemy variety, interesting bosses, card variety, etc. in the full version.

It’s literally Slay the Spire but anime. I just got done playing the demo and I’m sold. I can’t wait for its full release.
Decided to download the demo on Switch and so far I am enjoying it. I may wait for a sale on the full release so I added it to my wish list, but I was very surprised by the game so far. :-)

Tried demo on PS5 and I loved it. I hope it has the same price as NSwitch 29,99 on PS Store.
Sadly if you want physical it only will be available via import which is more pricey than digital version, given you have to pay around 50 plus shipment and taxes.

Same dev as Super Bullet Break, which despite the balance issues is still one of the most underrated Switch games ever imo. Glad to see the strengths of that and the banger soundtrack are here as well

It's the video. I played the demo and didn't have any freezing issues.
Good thing I never played much slay the spire for everyone saying its so similiar. For me it's a relatively new experience ;)

Wait.. is there anything novel about the combat system? Or is it the now-standard 3 Action Point Attack and Shield card game that everyone-has-done-to-death by now?
I wouldn’t say novel. The first chapter of deck builders are usually too straightforward to judge. I gotta see how they introduce cards later on. The summon cards are actually pretty interesting

There’s a difficulty setting in the options that I found, but in the demo I couldn’t interact with it.

This game looks like the enemies are actually from Love Live than Deepblue. Which is a weird sentence given the franchise
I have played the demo and i find it very fun (and i like hanamaru so i'm happy to see her in the demo), I'm bad at card cames but this one is simple.
The more card games the merrier
Gameplay was fine but the lack of voice acting in main story was a pretty big turnoff for me. I mean this is an idol spinoff, how can you not have voice acting??

I am ADDICTED to this! But it restarts from 0 if you exit the demo which I hated :( And the game doesn't come out for another month which also sucks but definitely getting day1!

If that's an actual Japanese word, then it would be *waifu not waifus. Japanese words don't have plurals. That's why the plural of Pokémon isn't Pokémons, it's just Pokémon.
So this game is like Slay the Spire but waifu version

I’m more or less saying it’s interesting to see here because it’s another feature in a game you expect to only be surface level and budget.

There is another game in the series that is a metroidvania. It's called Yohane the parhelion Blaze in the deepblue.

Story 3/10 gameplay 8/10 if they ad ecchi stuff I will buy it. The gameplay is really good and challenging so thats a good thing.
This is Love Live, why would they add ecchi themes to it?

@@rodyvanhulst as much as I love ecchi stuff this is not the franchise for that. Yes you can have unlockables and rewards for people who want to strive for it. But if you want ecchi there are plenty of other games to play(at least older games, westerners have ruined the ecchi genre in games)
