People who go to office on Friday are built differently 💪. I personally don’t feel like going to office on Mondays and Fridays. Also, I guess everyone seeks out Ramen/Instant noodles if they don’t want to cook.

As far as hydration is concerned, we are all different, and we have differing requirements. Age, sex, lifestyle, and environment all play in to it too.
To put it bluntly; If your pee is yellow, you're dehydrated, and the darker it is the more dehydrated you are. If it's very pale yellow to clear, you're good. 👍
