If you can edit out the blinkers in the recap it would be pretty much perfect I reckon. I managed a 50.5 in a race here but was in the 51s mainly. I’m getting closer, but still a second and a bit to find in the slow cars, about 4 seconds in the quick ones lol.
I often find the opposite - settling for a result and coasting in the final laps is a sure way to break concentration and make a silly mistake! The number of incident points I pick up on white flag laps...!

I have to agree with you. I had a event race last week I qualified 2nd all was going great in the race holding my second place but 4 laps from home I was relegated to 3rd but then on the last lap the guy who past me for second run out of fuel so needless to say I was jumping for joy
I really can’t stand people that are blinking in and out of a race like crazy and they still think it’s a good idea to try and race wheel to wheel. Had someone like that in a lobby around here last week and after letting them get a good distance from me he ended up blinking into another car and caused a collision. The worst part is if you tell them anything they get all defensive and start talking trash for no reason like it’s your fault they have that mc Donalds Wi-Fi.
Haha. I'm halfway through the video and am no longer feeling so bad about my endless 1xs exiting turn 1 during practice. I can run wide and gain two tenths. It's such a tease! Nice pace. I feel good when I can do sub 1:50s. Mid 49s are great. 49 flats are crazy.
Turn 1 is so easy to push the limits on. I think I got half of my 1x incidents there and the other half on the last two corners coming on to the back straight. Challenging track to get right. I had a few guys quali in the high 1:48s in my races (aliens!) but, usually a mid to low 1:49 got the job done for pole. How are you feeling about Rudskogen this week? To me it’s a complete 180 from the red bull ring. Very tight and technical (which I prefer). Seems like the fastest guys average low 1:33s. I can hit the mid 1:33s right now but not consistently yet. Should be a fun week!
I think Rud is more fun in the MX5, but am giving the GR a go this season. I am doing high 33s with an occasional 33.5. It's a tough one! I am still looking for time, as always. I can't always seem to find it, however. 🙃

What does he mean when he says he's going to 'blink'? Good race. Robbie rotten helped you out. We've all done what Brad did and spun it at the end of the race
ps- I had SR of 3.99 at the start and by the time the one guy blocked the blind spot on a tight apex it was 2 late from that point got me and got pitted rest of the race, came out with a loss at 2.8
No, I mean you can report it but they won’t do anything but call it a racing incident. Unless they were purposely going out of their way to hit others. Was there a yellow flag that was called out at that corner? Cause I see people go flying into yellow flag situations and they wreck lol.
@@RetrosGamingMusic but the way you describe it, he didn’t park the car there on purpose and as the car behind it’s up to you to make the pass safely even if it means going off track. It sucks but that’s how the game is unfortunately. Happened to me when I did a race here I had to go off track 4 times to avoid a wreck and I still lost like 0.16 safety rating. It’s better than full on collisions tho cause I did a gt3 race where 2 people spun and they tried coming back on the racing line and hit me I lost like 0.70 SR lol. That you can report as a bad rejoin if they spun and came immediately back on the track but they won’t really do anything.
Haha thanks. I've been trying to claw it back but then have races like this. Didn't think I did much wrong. I'm pretty happy to let faster drivers past and I end up where I deserve to end up on pace. Some people are really aggressive though. I braked early so as not to run into the back of Dave and Robbie is just to keen to pass. He would have anyway on pace. He seems to do that in most races. Then I got divebombed to add to it.

I've only just started iracing to be fair but I've found when I started driving to increasing my safety rating my fastest laptimes were alot slower but but average laptime go must quicker. I figured it's no good doing 1 or 2 fast laps over a race and then spending the rest of the laps facing the wrong direction 😂 you are miles better than me though!
when your 5 K rated and you think guys Infront of you are as good as you on braking and corner entries ... then it is malice involved imo. Total disregard.

Robbie is a fast driver but also a terrible one. 5.1K iRating and only a low D license, that says alot about him.
