Im saving this quote for life.
This quote is more of an insult to people who work hard and don't make it. It's drenched in survivorship bias, when you have 1000 making it while the rest in what would be 100 million people don't. Life isn't a fairy tale or a movie, we don't live in a perfect world, and there are those who tried their hardest and didn't make it. These "motivational" quotes only serve to lie to people.
I remember when I was in middle school, I imagined that I was going to go to Harvard or Yale and become a millionaire computer programmer or entrepreneur. Now as high school is coming to an end, I'm probably gonna go to some local university or community college. I guess that's just life.

Harvard and Yale is not the only road to success. A degree doesn't define who you are either, only you get to do that. Remember that what you focus on grows, and you'll be off to a good start my friend.

There's so much truth to what he says about working towards a specific goal. Trying to achieve and be good at everything will waste valuable time and cause stress (for me at least!). If you're mindful about how you spend your time and resources, it will definitely help you a lot in achieving your desires
