Not mentioned in the video: the fish they bring back is also kibble-tier food for otters and hesperornis. In fact, I wouldn't even try to tame a hesperornis without one.

inthe early game i tame a dimorph so i can have it on my soldier and telll it to kill all the ichthies
yup, and you can select its prey by either whistling it to kill, or by aiming yourself (crosshair, spyglass, scoped weapon) at something and then tossing it off your shoulder at the target. Really good for prime fish for making Immersive Taming foods for sea critters or a pelagornis.

Id love to see these fkers in pvp with pegomastax, troodons, microraptors and dimorphodons..
While your foods, tranqs, weapons everything is being stolen your trying to protect yourself from the dimorphs while in the meantime your rider starts to go to sleep because of the troodons and the microraptors finnish the job lol.
Imo that would be the worst combo to fight, id just nuke myself with a rocket launcher hoping to take down as many as i can along the way 😂
