My friends baby as an infant had no facial expressions, hardly ever cried, didn’t like touch, didn’t play with her toys, always had to have a very soft blanket over her head when she slept, always looked away and never responded to her name. Now she’s older she has no speech, spins, scrunches her face, walks backwards, upside down, climbs everything, repetitive open and close and elopement. It very tough for her cuz she can’t go anywhere with her.
With my son, he’s more sensory sensitive. My husbands family have naturally loud voices, and when my mother in law would talk to my baby, he would scream and cry. He did the typical hand flapping, stared at lights and spinning objects, run in circles, side eyeing, no response to name, didnt like to be held or hugged. But he was a very happy baby, always laughing, smiling, hardly ever cried. I found the expression part interesting cause you could tell how my son is feeling very easily from his facial expressions.
Yeah Emma doesn’t really have issues with noise but yes the expression are different now that she is older I can definitely see when she is happy or sad or mad but before it was so different 😫
Little Emma was so cute as a baby 😍 I wasn't diagnosed til around preschool age but as an infant, the signs my parents were noticing was I was anxious around alot of things, socially and alot of noises really scared me.
@beatrixinchrist3355 for myself, switching to a healthier diet and not eating and drinking so much sugary junk has helped me behavior wise and helped lessen anxiety symptoms.
Shaking head no in 15 sec intervals. Bm problems. Not liking to drink milk or breast feed, not respond to name, look at fans or lights, beyond fussy, inconsolable, cry all the time for no reason, picky food eater, texture of food on hands, playing by herself, not noticing other people talking to her or try to interact. Non verbal, will not say mama or dada or gaga, does say baba on occasion, does do high pitch squeel in first month of life and continue, does giggle if tickle her. For short seconds. Holding hands in a position, likes holding long things in hands. Jumping.
My son similar like Emma plus he was scared loud noises (bells, phone, ambulances) & he don't like bright light and sun (now, 13y old steel preferred stay in the shadows, use sunglasses and hat with cowered neck or hoodie t-shirts - teanager 😆).
Around 5-6 months old my daughter would open her mouth wide when she got excited and I thought it was so cute. Now at 3 years old and looking back I realize she was actually stimming
My 2 year old daughter does the same thing where she stares at a corner in our room and makes noises/ gets excited because of the way the light hits the wall.
Aw she was such a cute baby😍😍still beautiful off course. When is Anthony’s dad making part 2 of the last video? And also maybe say what He saw and How he brought it up to you guys?! Might be interesting for ppl that don’t know how to tell a family member/friend when they notice it!
So very like my son. He's a year younger than little Miss Emma and soooo picky with food. Regression is also around 15-18months. He didn't drink milk after he turned 15months. Now that he can say few words and shorts phrases, whenever I sneak in milk in his water bottle he will check it out, give it back to me and say "No, Safety first. " 😂
My son's 0-12 months only signs were hand twirling and flapping and he wouldn't respond to his name. He also ate very well until about 15 months or so. I didn't think he had autism because he played peekaboo and reacted to tickles and smiles from strangers, eye contact etc. He has an aspergers profile so I think it made it a lot harder for us to figure it out. He was diagnosed in April at 3.5 years old.
Did your son get any better with time or not. I'm asking because my 11 months old daughter is showing exactly same symptoms She does everything else like another baby except the hand flapping and can't respond to her name
@@raisingautism8214 so she skipped canonical babbling (where she repeats consonants) and went straight to mama and dada? I’ve been doing research and it says lack of or minimal amount of canonical babbling in 0-12 months usually ends in autism diagnoses so I was just wondering if it was the same in your case
@@favoritehaircolorsmy son only said dada and that was it then he would not answer his name, I noticed another kid I watched then like to press keyboard all day

Thank you so much and yes I can see Emma anxious around others but she really didn’t mind noise so far 💕

Really I think that’s why Emma likes glasses now it’s less sun

That happened to us also with her back and forth dance we thought she was dancing but she was stimming also
I wish your family the very best. You have challenges for sure but God has got you all. You are all so sweet.
Thank you so much 🙏
Same here with my son who is now 3 years old … with lots of love care and therapy sessions they will get better ❤
My 2 year old daughter does the same thing where she stares at a corner in our room and makes noises/ gets excited because of the way the light hits the wall.
Yeah I think it’s a reflection because it was with a mirror we had also

What is the difference between autism and Aspergers?
Did your son get any better with time or not. I'm asking because my 11 months old daughter is showing exactly same symptoms

Hi Emma beautiful little girl ❤️🙏
💕💕💕
Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Did u notice babbling before 12 months? Canonical babbling in general - like mamama and dadada?
She would say mama and dada babbling for a while and then it stopped

Oui 😢
🥰💖🌼🌺🥰
As a pedi nurse for most of my life wondering if she was normal weight and have you spread out shots now?
We will be spreading shot but she is not up to date on shot
As a nurse you should know it’s not the vaccines. They’re born this way.

How is ur bby now?
Can you put a video on what did you do exactly after you detected autism and what was the exact therapy you did ..It will be really helpful
I do have a video on steps I took to get her evaluated
And it was during Covid lockdowns so it was hard to do therapy
But I have ABA and speech
