  • I started work at Amazon Fresh and have developed a few speed working techniques. These include speed picking, speed bag opening, speed product bagging, etc. All of these techniques is not just something that is unproven but I was able to make it to what they call the '100' club on my first day of work. Since then I estimate I am about 30% faster than my first day. Watch to learn how to use these techniques to your advantage and become faster working at Amazon Fresh.

    BTB, I'm sure many viewers really appreciated your tips and skills sharing.
    IMO, be mindful not working too smart too fast in a working environment where large pool of workers are around. Some might get red eyes seeing working so good as fast that made them look bad. Many workers tend to work slower bc they go by hourly wages.
    I worked in many low wages job before. Sometimes, small heart jealous manager or supervisor would even find ways to give me hard time if I worked too good too smart.
    Unless you work in a small group and you become team leader, then you get to train people and show them your super skills and experience.
    Good luck and good spirit 💪🙏😁

  • @elleseven71

    i'm sure you're not still at Amazon Fresh, but thought i'd leave a comment anyways. things that slow me down as a picker: small hands (grabbing 2/more items and grip of bag corners to close), being too short, 5' 4" (having to find and grab a ladder for any shelf F-G), having to fight with our raggedy carts while pushing them (14 bag carts). i mostly do inbound and inventory counting; i also do batching and sometimes Freezer Hero. my picking speed is roughly 120 uph in the freezer/chill section, which i attribute to coldness as incentive to rush! when i pick in ambient it's only about 90 uph: more people in aisles, finding ladders more often and just the overall larger section area. i've watched some other YTuber's picking and they look like they're in an actual grocery store; i'm in a warehouse and almost nothing is organized, even if in the right area, the "right" stuff is together, but the bin is chaotic; hairspray, aerosol oil pan spray, and flavored food extract ... all just mixed in together, and it's the same for every ambient bin; soda, bread and pet food are the only aisles that remain somewhat cohesive.
    were you in a warehouse like me, or what looked more like a real grocery store?

    • @BeatTheBush
      @BeatTheBush  ปีที่แล้ว +1

I heard at Target if customers steal, they just let them go and do it but record it, and until they have accumulated enough fines, then they will report it to the police and let them handle it.

    not sure why those bags still exists. it is SHOULD be by now already standardized plastic boxes different sizes, some of them with ice bags already in the walls and pre-frozen prior delivery. Automated locations for those boxes also should be everywhere, like put it in the machine, - get 5-20$ back. Customer orders should be projected to the specific box size and so on so on.
