Sir how many times product mock recall or backward Tracibility should be conducted bas per ISO norms?

It should be done at least ONCE A YEAR.
In reality, the clause in ISO22000 (8.9.5 Withdrawal/Recall) ... does not specify any time frame.
But other standards like FSSC22000 state: The organization shall test the traceability upstream and downstream (trace forward and trace backwards) through a timed and documented mock recall exercise at least once per year, to be successfully completed within 3 hours or less.
So once a year is the best practice
