I’ve had that two way Stanley nail setter for years now. And it remained unseen until today! I like it a lot, and use it regularly to set pin nails as well as small regular nails. It has held up well, no jamming.
Another classic tool haul video. I really love seeing new and different tools that I might not of ever seen without being a sub to your channel! Thanks
2 things I really liked, the Dimpler looks very handy as I'm guilty of using too much pressure on screws, and the camera setup. I have cctv that doesn't work too well due to the need to have a degree in double dutch for the setup instructions, (or maybe it's just me). That Eufy set up looks very easy to use.
Gotta love a classic "Police Squad / Naked Gun" reference! The Eufy cameras seem really well / easy to set up! Great video as usual Jono, keep up the "hard" work! 😉
Great information re France. Currently working in Germany. , your channel introduced Bauhaus and Toom to me. Once our job moves into the French sites I now know where to go looking for various bits of hardware. Last zolstock I collected had Bauhaus Ingolstadt on it. 😀
I always appreciate a good Police Squad reference. I'm not sure how confident I'd be using the Stanley 3 in 1, it seems like it could fail in some unpleasant ways.
The handle for the hacksaw blade is really nice and simple. I had a similar one many years ago, that finally gave up and never found a replacement for it, so got a Toolan handle off Amazon.
hey Jona it's always so interesting to see unusual tools from different parts of the world, hope you keep the series up for a long time. also love the versatility of the security camera system
Another great job Love the cameras definitely pretty cool and pretty smart. All the tools you got are amazing Keep. Up the great job appreciate all your hard work
Good day, bud. Missed the live last week but will take time to watch this week. Those cameras are the 💣. The store reminded me of walking into our Home Hardware stores here in Canada.
What la load of cool tools! I think the Naked Gun Music gave it away more for me, hehehe Those Eufy cameras, would be on my shopping list if I could afford one.
Jona's next live, lets put all of these Knives in foam and put them ina draw along side the Zollstocks, great video, like the Nail setter/punch, usful and takes up less space than a bigger set
The quick reloading utility knife really caught my attention. Definitely a number one for me. Regarding the cameras, isn’t it super easy to unscrew them and just… take? I guess they have to be somewhere out of reach?
I actually have eufy cameras just the first generation they are really good! And no subscription fee like you get with ring 👌 I would definitely recommend them
what utility knife would you recommend ? i prefer folding body must be something tuff and able to reload blades quick and simply. would have to withstand daily abuse i was looking at the unilight one
Hi Jona, Had any time to revisit the 3d printing space since you picked up a 3d printer at all? it would be interesting to see if you could intergrate some Shadowfoam with the Gridfinity 3d printed storage system. Could really help with organising things with plain Gridfinity bins that you then fill with Shadowfoam and cut out the tool shapres for those of us who can't or don't want to design our own custom gridfinity holders for objects on a computer. You could even sell pre-cut sheets with common sizes for bins like 6x2, 8x2, 1x4 etc that are still attached with tabs to the main sheet so people can just pop them out.
I inherited one of those plastic hacksaw handles in your no. 4 group from my father. No idea where or when he got it but he died 30 years ago so it's not a new thing!
Love these videos , Stanley tools I have not brought for years but found myself buying quite a few recently and also just brought my 5 year old daughter Ava a Stanley Jr tool bench with a few tools for her birthday her tool collection is getting quite good now , love the camera system hoping I win it if not I’ll need to get one keep up the tool hunt ❤
Like the quick loading blade the amount of times I’ve struggle reload blades ! I have an easier Stanley Knife now. Also liked the hacksaw handle would be useful. Great video once again.
another great video. going back to one of your older video's, i think i need a weasel (got daughters and a slow bath drain) it was call a weasel i think. have you done the pink tool set yet. the camera picture look sharp and the solar panels a great ideal.
It was a drain weasel mate, great tool! I have done the pink tool kit but I am currently in the midst of an additional project for it, might end up releasing it for breast cancer awareness next year!
I inherited one of those plastic hacksaw blade handles from my dad. Ive no idea when or where he got it but as he died 30 years ago, its obviously not a new idea.
Do you have any plans of visiting Sweden? In case you ever do, I'd recommend checking out either Biltema and/or Clas Ohlson because they have a few tools you might find quirky if you dig around enough. Clas Ohlson for example have an adjustable ring spanner I think you'd like. It adjusts between 5-16mm and might be great for a compact tool kit.
i found a carpenter pencil the same as that 1 and had to have it was surprisingly difficult to keep on my ear until i got home was to big to fit my pocket haha
My dad had one of those multi saws 50 years ago until us kids got hold of it 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I really liked that first knife, but I think that you have a fetish for a knife or three!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Love the homage to The Naked Gun movie opening sequence. Camera system looks amazing
Was humming it as I was driving 👍
Taken over by BOM
Security cameras give peace of mind, currently looking to upgrade from Blink at 3 locations.
Would eccomend it, my camera man is looking to upgrade from his blink cameras too
The cameras are awesome. If I won, I would keep them in view of my 10mm sockets so I know where they keep going. lol 😂 great video
😅
Police Squad. My Dad used to use a folding ruler not a Zolstock, so I had to get one.
got it Derek, well done mate
Friday night, tool night 👍
What else would we be doing?
Camera system looks amazing, perfect for my garage and home office. Can’t wait to visit France again as I’m a real Opinel fan boy.
I’ve had that two way Stanley nail setter for years now. And it remained unseen until today! I like it a lot, and use it regularly to set pin nails as well as small regular nails. It has held up well, no jamming.
Very happy to hear that it has held up!
Another classic tool haul video. I really love seeing new and different tools that I might not of ever seen without being a sub to your channel! Thanks
Thanks for subbing mate, it's always appreciated!
Both great points you are making there mate! 👍
0:54 French hammers are ever so slightly more fancy than they would need to be. I quite like those shapes.
Hi Jona, how about a "Made in Sheffield" tools collection ? You may have to look in the antiques shops, unfortunately. Love the quirky tools !!
Funny you should say that, I’ve got the starting of a Sheffield steel tool collection in the works atm
I would love that zollstock, thanks for commenting mate, always nice to hear things like this!
Love seeing all a quirky tools Jona, you've inspired me to always visit a local tool shop whenever I'm away. That Eufy kit looks absolutely amazing.
Let me know how you get on with your tool visits! 👍
I always appreciate a good Police Squad reference. I'm not sure how confident I'd be using the Stanley 3 in 1, it seems like it could fail in some unpleasant ways.
How strange! I’ve just been looking at those exact cameras lately! They look awesome!! Another great vid Jono 🎉
The handle for the hacksaw blade is really nice and simple. I had a similar one many years ago, that finally gave up and never found a replacement for it, so got a Toolan handle off Amazon.
Thanks for the info!
Aww I remember my dads gimle set. I'll be in Brico next week..😊 love Leroy merlin over there. Cameras are a good idea. Face recording how brilliant ..
Those CCTV cameras look great. I haven't seen anything like that before, but I wouldn't mind getting a set.
The Naked gun, classic😊
It absolutely is my friend!
hey Jona it's always so interesting to see unusual tools from different parts of the world, hope you keep the series up for a long time. also love the versatility of the security camera system
I plan on doing that my friend!
Another great job Love the cameras definitely pretty cool and pretty smart. All the tools you got are amazing Keep.
Up the great job appreciate all your hard work
Thanks mate, appreciate your comment!
Definitely want one of those reloading blade knives.
A top tool pickup to be sure! 👍
You made it look so easy to mount tools I will do this to mine instead of all lying in my tool box
Definitely go for it, it’s so worth it!
Those CCTVs do look easy to set up, enjoying the channel 👍
Never miss your vlogs. Would absolutely love the camera system.
The camera stuff looks amazing just like all your amazing videos I really enjoy them all

😅😅😅
Good day, bud. Missed the live last week but will take time to watch this week.
Those cameras are the 💣.
The store reminded me of walking into our Home Hardware stores here in Canada.
No worries about missing the LIVE mate, hope to see you at the next one!
I think France has just thrown down the gauntlet with these pencils.
The rest of Europe now needs to defend its honour.
Absolutely!
What la load of cool tools! I think the Naked Gun Music gave it away more for me, hehehe Those Eufy cameras, would be on my shopping list if I could afford one.
Do love a bit of Naked Gun!
My favorite items are the Dimpler and the auto loading KWB utility knife.
I really appreciate how often you do giveaways, keep the content coming.
My pleasure, I love sharing my tool finds with as many of you guys as I can!
Love watching your videos and your shadow foam is brilliant for storing my air rifles
I love tools and especially the Stanley wooden tape measure, as a girl I loved the plane and also you have to leave it on the side
I must admit I don't have a lot of planes in my collection
I do like that McKenzie! Quite smart
Do you watch project Binky, Rich’s voice was instantly in my head. Cheers
I don’t sadly, but I’ll be checking it out now! 👍
@ one hell of a rabbit hole many years
Prepare yourself for a long running project if you start watching project Binky. The guys are not rushing to finish any time soon .
Jona's next live, lets put all of these Knives in foam and put them ina draw along side the Zollstocks, great video, like the Nail setter/punch, usful and takes up less space than a bigger set
Now there's an idea Barry!
The quick reloading utility knife really caught my attention. Definitely a number one for me. Regarding the cameras, isn’t it super easy to unscrew them and just… take? I guess they have to be somewhere out of reach?

I actually have eufy cameras just the first generation they are really good! And no subscription fee like you get with ring 👌 I would definitely recommend them
Really happy to hear you've got on well with them!
what utility knife would you recommend ? i prefer folding body must be something tuff and able to reload blades quick and simply. would have to withstand daily abuse i was looking at the unilight one

I must admit Ive not got round to it and I've not long got myself a new 3D printer, must make an effort to find tie to work my head around it
A couple of days ago I sold some old stuff, and used shadowfoam cut outs as cushion in the package. So I gave the waste a second life :D
wonderful! I love hearing recycling stories!
The spirit level reminds me of a French baguette 🥖
😂
John Wick long range pencils? Might need a license for those
Not a fan of what John Wick does with pencils 😅
I inherited one of those plastic hacksaw handles in your no. 4 group from my father. No idea where or when he got it but he died 30 years ago so it's not a new thing!

I inherited one of those plastic hacksaw blade handles from my dad. Ive no idea when or where he got it but as he died 30 years ago, its obviously not a new idea.
Interesting to hear that!

Great video fella... Where can I buy the KWB knife? Hard to find online it seems. Keep up the graft...
I struggled to find it online too, as I would have put the link down below!
That is a great cctv system. How many trips abroad do you make? Are these trips just for tool hunting or fun aswell?
CCTV system looked good, can you link it up to a storage device to record the video incase you miss the alert ?
you can attach a 1TB hard drive
i found a carpenter pencil the same as that 1 and had to have it was surprisingly difficult to keep on my ear until i got home was to big to fit my pocket haha
its long enough to balance across the top of your head isn't it?
@@ShadowFoam never gave that a thought will have to try next time i use it 😂
"Zolstock?"
"Yes, it is, but that's not important right now"
😂 laughed too hard at that mate
@@ShadowFoam 🤦🏻🤦🏼🤦🏾🤦🏿🤦♀
Great video as always!

i saw on a map it was near enough a straight line so I just followed that
I didn't see it elsewhere in the comments, but Brico means DIY.

i know its about tools but i like the camera setup
Don't blame you mate, it's a great setup!
My dad had one of those multi saws 50 years ago until us kids got hold of it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I really liked that first knife, but I think that you have a fetish for a knife or three!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
