Thank you for this video. I'm planning a Cooper Landing fishing trip for 7/16 and I was worried how many fish we can expect to catch, being too late for the first run and a tad early for the second. It's encouraging to know that you caught quite a few, despite not being in the typical high season.

nice i love the upper kenai..jims landing is hands down one of my favorite spots on the entire kenai..i fish at the pullout to the right of the launch...for about 25 years now great little spot around the bend as well for some fatty bows..always weary of the bears in that area though..have had quite a few encounters fishing there around the bend , so i always go armed of course..great video..nice to see some backyard action since im just over in kenai...be well..
