Leif has taught me a ridiculous amount in a short time. I would pay 10x for the knowledge he shares in his group. He has improved my trading in a way I never thought possible. Thank you Leif for all you do. You are changing lives with your teaching.
So many notes written, screen shots taken with my trading platform reviewing the names and their price action. this interview has it all, thanks again Richard.
I really loved his last interview and love this one. He definitely help me understand how to look at the volume when looking to enter. Probably simple for some but super helpful for me. Thank you
Love and appreciate the timestamps. And I admire your interview style - you're great at keeping the discussion moving forward without crowding your guest. Also, do you every sleep? Seems like I see new content from you everytime I look. Thanks for all of it!
Been a follower of Richard for a while now and been through so many interviews and accidentally landed up on this and just thoroughly enjoyed the whole discussion. Leif's expertise and Richard's wonderful questions make the time spent totally worth it.. One quick question though.. Leif refers to Relative Volume and do not recollect having heard of this (from swing/positional trading perspective) before.. Can you please clarify little more to learn about it? TIA !!
Thx Richard for this interview ,a little bit of education helps, I could get what he was trying to say about scanning for low ATR with regards to breakouts, I wish he would have shared a scanner like so for TDA , but it was great to hear How the champion thinks of his setups very minimal clutter on the charts ,the order of the MAs . All great pls bring someone who writes great scans .🙏 More power to u Richard.
Great video and content guys. QUESTION: how does Leif put the IBD 50 list on Finviz screener? Is there a screen on Finviz or does he simply input the tickers manually? Thank you!
Hi Richard, quick question, when Leif and others talk about stop loss and they say their stop is set at 3% or 5%...do they mean of each position or do they think about in terms of their whole account? Thank you.
I really wish trader interviews would include some statistics on the trader’s strategy. A simple win/loss ratio,, average gain/loss, worst drawdown %, gain to pain, average days in trade, etc. would be helpful in understanding the strategy. Great interview though, thanks.
The market is measured I'm in $EDIT at $7.80, it's two expansions down from the PH to the tick. This guys a champ and I applaud him. After 30 years of this I don't want to think, I want it easy, stress free and I wait for my date with the big money and they're machines. On $EDIT 1/9/222 the market went straight down through the low of the day, the low of the week and the prior month low bringing in all time frame traders selling lower, it hits the range expansion and immediately reverses. The following week same game Thurs -Mon at the same price create order flow for the blast out of the low and into an uptrend. It's they're playbook use it.
Been binge- atching all your videos and they're really so helpful. Now that we know pivots, entries, stops ,etc. The next major thing would be to know the scan settings for VCP, HTF patterns. Could you ask him or your next guests about more detailed scan settings. Thanks a lot!
Richard i really enjoyed this interview with Leif as much as your earlier one with Oliver Nell. I noticed that Leif was using StockCharts.com and FinViz. I have settled on TC2000 after working through a number of platforms. The relative volume charts jumped out at me and thought you might have a comment or two. I think it's only $35/month....
Hey Brad, I though it was very cool that finviz can sort the charts by that. In TC2000 I use volume buzz which gets you the same result but not in that visual way. Glad you enjoyed the interview!
Thank Richard and Leif for the valuable interview! Would like to ask what is the correct term "wedge play" because I keep hearing Leif talking about it and not sure what the exact term is. Thanks.

Always amazing to hear about Leif, Mark and all the others related to them. I don't know if I missed it but how do you know it's gonna have a "good volume" during the trading day? Does he wait until the volume breaks out before buying? I'm almost certain that most of the time, when a stock breaks out from the pivot point, the volume isn't gonna be there/not going to go above the previous days until mid/late into the day.
Great interview, as always! I love your interviews! I think it would be awesome an interview to Mark Minervini and also to a young but brilliant trader, @AnthonyOhayon (he also has a podcast and is killing it). Pd: we don’t forget about Ray’s interview. We want at least 3 hours of interview😏

One quick question though.. Leif refers to Relative Volume and do not recollect having heard of this (from swing/positional trading perspective) before.. Can you please clarify little more to learn about it? TIA !!
Relative volume compares the current volume to what is typical at that time of day. High RV means likely that institutions are leading the breakout
