Kinda afraid they are stuck on the other side of the Panama Canal😢 Was really hoping to had them by now and installed and running. But out of my controll.... Jeff
@@SmitHVAC. just got a call from Signature Solar saying ready for pickup. So will be getting them next week sometime. Said were stuck at Panama canal then at customs too. Hope you're going to do an installation video most on the line set hook up part. Thanks again.... Jeff
Thanks for the good video. I'm curious to know if there is a way to have a DC-only solar with battery storage system, basically skipping the inversion step to deliver battery power to the heat pump.
Yea I’ve tryed to get a 48v from deye, they said no because Eg4/Monopoly has made them sign a no export to Canada/Usa agreement. At least that’s what I was told.

We haven’t had much cold weather down here at 38° latitude. When we do, I’ll check my Fujitsu 33 seer 9000 BTU output.
SEER rating is for cooling. Whats the HSPF for your unit? Thats what matters for heating.

Not yet, Deye makes a 48v version but eg4 has not adopted it yet. Maybe someday!
