I did consider and try out ABS2. While i felt like it was easier to control, I was much more accustomed to DMS. It did not feel like it was worth changing. Also felt like the spin reversal was better with Storkraft
Hi Vinay . Great video for anti users and anti students . I finally ended up getting the hybrid blade and put on storkraft in 0.8 mm . I can say the control is great in storkraft it s almost not frictionless compared to SuperG. The spin reversal is less but still there and for drives the consistency is much better . However the passive blocks are very hard to land back on table compared to my previous setup with andro treiber CO OFF. I also used anti on the super PBO C side but I am reconsidering whether to put it to on pbo c side as I am struggling with the blocks to high speed power loops . Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I used to block with my previous setup with higher consistency but driving the ball was extremely hard and not being able to attack was a big issue. That being said I am super glad I made the switch as since I got this setup I beat 3 opponents that 200 points higher than I am so this is the way to go for me . I can easily backhand punch the semi high balls and get the point or finish it with my forehand . I will also try to get a grip tape as I felt the blade handle slips a bit on switching from forehand to backhand ( I am more used to anatomic handles but unfortunately this blade doesn’t have this option. Hey . Nice to hear from you. I am still undecided on which side the anti is better. I feel like the anti has more control on pbo-c side but it’s the same with the smooth too :). So certainly worth trying both ways . Regarding your blocking, it’s probably the technique. I find more control and reversal by sliding the block sideways slightly . Let me know how it goes
@@VC0122 thanks for the reply . I think I might change the sides to see how it goes but also might ruin the rubber trying to do it as storkraft is more delicate than SG. So far so good though I will have to adjust the angles better with this setup and as you said sideswipe and do active blocks more as the passive blocks are going out on strong loops . Thanks a lot :)
On the bright side I can hit with it very comfortably I do not really need to twiddle anymore . Might try the 1.2 storkraft . I definitely like the top sheet of storkraft it s semi slick and can easily chop and give direction which was not possible with SG
@@VC0122 oh ok then he changed recently as he was playing with the vortex pink sponge at Joola teams. I think I am getting a better hold on the storkraft , I already have the 1.2 mm but will wait a while before making any changes

@@rakishman1313 - Nice. You may want to check with Doug W. as well since he uses 1.2 Storkraft too.

So more spin reversal with your current blade or the DMS Revolution ?
I think revolution had more reversal albeit slightly. My current blade is better for my forehand game
