Let him be a lesson to our fanbase not to be too trigger-happy in writing players off as soon as they arrive. There can be all sorts of reasons why players don't hit the ground running, take time to really settle and produce the goods. Sometimes 6 months or more. Sometimes they have to go out on loan before they can come back and prove their worth. All these fans saying 'he's a dud' after 1 or 2 games and 'now we're stuck with him for 5 years'. Now he is beginning to show what he's got he is already an important player for us.
