I was also in the same situation had 88% in 12th had sufficient funds. All my paperworks were going smoothly but unfortunately on February 3rd i received my refusal letter. I was deeply heartbroken to see that and my agent requested the university to issue another coe but that didn't happen later i chosed canada and finally it got approved.
That’s a good way my friend. See this doesn’t mean you can’t never apply again to Australia. After you complete your course try for migration to Australia or study again.
